A repositionable frame system includes a repositionable wall mount configured for being repositionably secured to a support surface. The repositionable wall mount includes a first magnetic element. The system further includes a frame having a rear face that includes a second magnetic element that is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic element resulting in a magnetic coupling between the frame and the repositionable wall mount.

A toy for attachment to a motor vehicle seat. The toy comprising a head pivotally or fixedly mounted onto a base platform that is attached to a vehicle seat or headrest. There is an internal air actuate mechanism that, when actuated, forces the pivotally mounted head to turn in a predetermined direction. Additionally, the mouth moves and eyes illuminate as the head turns.

An emergency strobe light system including a main housing and one or more telephone interfaces. The main housing has an RF receiver, and a strobe light secured to the front wall of the main housing. Suction cups on the front wall of the housing facilitate securement to the front window of a dwelling. When the dialing of an emergency number has been detected by one of the telephone interfaces, and RF signal is transmitted. Once the RF signal is detected, the strobe will flash to alert rescue personnel until disabled by a reset button or disabled by an internal timer following the lapse of a predetermined time period.

A toy with aerodynamic properties includes a body member with a front end, a rear end and an inner cylindrical surface which is in communication with the front and rear ends. The outer surface of the body member has a generally cylindrical surface which is coaxial with the inner cylindrical surface and a plurality of circumferentially spaced wings. A pair of circumferential bands are disposed on the outer surface of the body member. The circumferential bands can be moved closer and further from the front end to adjust the balance of the toy and the aerodynamic flight properties.

A resilient membrane is attached to the hoop member at selected locations by loop portions which are formed as part of the resilient membrane. A pair of spaced apart handle portions are mounted on the hoop member at selected locations, thereby allowing a user to grasp the apparatus using both hands in order to use the resilient member to rebound a ball which has been propelled by another player having an identical apparatus.

A more-or-less oval footplate is also mounted on the tubular structure between the wheel assemblies, and a vertical control stick projects upwardly from the center of the footplate and provides a handle to aid a user in maintaining his or her balance and in keeping control of the vehicle.
