An apparatus, system and method of for certifying a sensor that at least partially navigates an autonomous mobile robot. The apparatus may include at least a robot body; at least one light source resident on the robot body proximate to the sensing camera such that the at least one light source is capable of at least partially irradiating a field of view (FoV) of the sensing camera, wherein the at least one light source has characteristics substantially mated to the sensing camera; and at least one processing system that provides the at least partial navigation. The at least one processing system may execute the steps of: actuating the at least one light source at a predetermined time and for a predetermined duration; monitoring data from the sensing camera for confirmation of the actuating; calculating at least one of the latency, throughput, and reactivity of the sensing camera based on the monitoring; and at least partially navigating based on the calculating.

Apparatus, system, and method of certifying sensing for autonomous robot navigation

An apparatus, system and method of operating an autonomous mobile robot having a height of at least one meter. The robot body; at least two three-dimensional depth camera sensors affixed to the robot body proximate to the height, wherein the sensors are directed toward a floor surface and, in combination, comprise a substantially 360 degree field of view of the floor surface around the robot body; and a processing system for receiving pixel data within the field of view of the sensors; obtaining missing or erroneous pixels from the pixel data; comparing the missing or erroneous pixels to a template, wherein the template comprises at least an indication of ones of the missing or erroneous pixels indicative of the robot body and a shadow of the robot body; and outputting an indication of obstacles in or near the field of view based on the comparing.

A portable cutting device having a cutting tool for cutting a material. The cutting device includes a motor driving the cutting tool and a shroud at least partially enclosing the cutting tool. The shroud defines a debris accumulation chamber for gathering debris created by the cutting tool cutting the material. An impeller is operatively coupled to the motor and driven by the motor to create suction pressure to draw the debris out of the debris accumulation chamber and into a collection bag.

The method also includes determining at least one biclique based on querying a bitmap index representing the graph, where the bitmap index includes a plurality of bit strings corresponding to the first set of nodes, and where a value stored in a particular location in each bit string indicates whether an edge connects a first node corresponding to the bit string to a second node corresponding to the particular location.

A portable cutting apparatus. The apparatus includes a motor and a cutting blade driven by the motor. A protective housing encloses at least a portion of the cutting blade. A vacuum impeller is disposed in a vacuum housing to generate airflow to move dust and debris created by the cutting blade into a removable vacuum bag. At least one vacuum tube directs the airflow from the protective housing to the vacuum housing. The motor operates both the cutting blade and the vacuum impeller. A bellows interconnects the protective housing and a lower platform.
