A turbine bucket including an airfoil, the airfoil having a nominal profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in Table 1 as contained herein wherein the Z values are non-dimensional values from approximately 0 to 1 convertible to Z distances in inches by multiplying the Z values by a height of the airfoil in inches, and wherein X and Y are distances in inches which, when connected by substantially smooth continuing arcs, define airfoil profile sections at each distance Z, the profile sections at the Z distances being joined substantially smoothly with one another to form a complete airfoil shape.

A turbine bucket including a bucket airfoil having a hollow tip shroud, the hollow tip shroud having a hollow core having a nominal profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in Table I, in inches, wherein the shape of the core is defined by the cloud of points listed which are distributed around each surface of the shroud, and the complete hollow portion of the tip shroud could be constructed by defining smooth sheet surfaces through the listed points.

A stator shroud segment is provided that includes an outer shroud having a leading edge groove and a trailing edge groove; and a plurality of inner shrouds each having a leading edge hook and a trailing edge hook, the leading and trailing hooks of each of the inner shrouds being respectively engaged with the leading and trailing edge grooves of the outer shroud so as to axially and radially lock the inner shrouds to the outer shrouds. At least one of the trailing edge hook of the inner shroud and the trailing edge groove of the outer shroud includes a sloped surface disposed at an angle to an axial direction of the rotor and to a radial direction of the rotor and facing the other of the inner and outer shrouds whereby a radial inward force on the inner shroud is transformed into a force in axial and radial directions to force the inner shroud to tightly seal a radial gap between the inner and outer shrouds.

The third stage nozzle has an airfoil profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in Table I wherein X and Y values are in inches and define airfoil profile sections at each distance Z and Z is a non-dimensional value from 0 to 1 convertible to Z distances in inches by multiplying the Z values of Table I by a height of the airfoil in inches. The profile sections at the Z distances are joined smoothly with one another to form a complete airfoil shape. The X and Y distances may be scalable to provide a scaled-up or scaled-down airfoil for the nozzle. The nominal airfoil given by the X, Y and Z distances lies within an envelope of &#xb1;0.100 inches.
