An electronic locking device to secure linear transitioning or sliding doors. The electronic lock may include a bolt driven by a motor between a locked or extended position and an unlocked or retracted position. The bolt may be coupled to a sled, the sled moved by the motor between a forward position, placing the bolt in the locked position, and a rearward position, placing the bolt in the unlocked position. The motor may drive a drive screw to move the sled.

Electro-mechanical latching/locking with integrated touch/push activation

A locking system for a cabinet may include a plurality of hubs to pass signals from activation devices and for power distribution to locks controlling access to drawers and/or openings of the cabinet. The hubs may also pass signals between pairs of locks, for example for drawer slides used for drawers of the cabinets. In some embodiments the hubs passively pass the signals, and in some embodiments each of the hubs are identical.

Electronically controlled drawer slide locking for cabinets and hub for same

A locking system, for a cabinet having a plurality of drawers extendably mounted in an interior of the cabinet, includes a bar and a motor unit. The bar is movable to prevent at least some of the drawers from extending out of the cabinet when in a locked position and allowing at least one of the drawers to extend out of the cabinet in an unlocked position. The motor unit is configured to drive an arm coupled to the bar, the arm being drivable to change a position of the bar from the locked position to the unlocked position.

Cabinet gang lock system for electrically lockable slides

A drawer slide for coupling a drawer to a cabinet includes an intermediate rail partially housed within the drawer rail and web and first and second legs which are connected to the web. A flange extends from the first leg toward the second leg. Bearings housed in bearing cages placed between the rails allow sliding movement therebetween. A cabinet rail partially housed within the intermediate rail includes an upright wall and a flange extending away from the upright wall and toward the first leg. Ball and roller bearings housed in bearing cages couple the flanges. Grooves in the flanges are engaged by the ball bearings. Roller bearings housed in bearing cages couple the web of the intermediate rail and the flange of the cabinet rail, and the second leg of the intermediate rail and the upright wall of the cabinet rail.

A telescopic drawer slide including first, second and third drawer slides, each having a longitudinal length with a web and arcuate arms along the longitudinal margins of the web, the second drawer slide being nested within the arcuate arms of the first drawer slide, and the third drawer slide being nested within the arcuate arms of the second drawer slide. There is a lock between the second drawer slide and the first drawer slide, the lock having a biased tab rotatably coupled to the second drawer slide and an emboss on the first drawer slide. The tab moves into a portion of the emboss upon movement over the emboss, thereby preventing the second drawer slide from closing relative to the third drawer slide.

A guide tab and a multiple member slide incorporating such guide tab are provided. The guide tab is coupled to one slide member of the slide. When actuated, the guide tab activates a latch allowing another slide member of the slide to decouple from the slide.

A self closing slide is provided having a first slide member slidably coupled to a second slide member. A slot is provided on the first slide member that receives an actuator of a self closing mechanism coupled to the second slide member. The actuator is spring coupled to the housing. The actuator engages a portion of the first slide member for moving the first slide member relative to the second slide member.

A drawer slide assembly with an outer slide member with an elongate planar web including a parallel offset portion, having upper and lower bearing raceways along the length of the web, an intermediate slide member with a elongate planar web, having inner and outer upper and lower bearing raceways along the length of the web, and an inner slide member having an elongate planar web with upper and lower bearing raceways along the length of the web, with bearings disposed between and in rolling engagement with the respective outer and intermediate slide members, and intermediate and inner slide members.

A jacket for a lock latch, a lock latch incorporating such a jacket that allows a second slide member of a slide to engage and couple a first slide member of the slide without requiring manual manipulation of the lock latch, and a slide incorporating the same are provided. The jacket is slidably coupled to the lock latch which is coupled to the second slide member and is slidably moveable between a first position and a second position along the lock latch. When the second slide member is retracted relative to the first slide member during coupling of the second slide member to the first slide member, the jacket moves to the first position preventing the lock latch from interlockingly coupling with the first slide member. When the second slide member is extended relative to the first slide member, the jacket moves to a second position allowing for the interlocking coupling of the lock latch with the first slide member.

A mechanism is provided that couples to a slide member of at least a two member slide forming a self-closing slide. The mechanism comprises a housing having a slot guiding an actuator. The actuator is spring coupled to the housing. The actuator engages a second slide member of the slide when the second slide member approaches a closed position. The spring generates a force for moving the actuator and the engaged second slide along the slot to a slide closed position.
