Metal nano particles doped with silicate luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof are provided. The luminescent materials are represented by the general formula: (SrAEu)SiO:Dz@M, wherein A is one or two selected from alkaline-earth metal elements, D is F or Cl, @ is for coating, M is one or two selected from Ag, Au, Pt, Pd or Cu metal nano particles, 0&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.5, 0.001&#x3c;y&#x2266;0.15, and 0&#x2266;z&#x2266;0.5. n is a molar ratio of metal nano particles to the silicon element, wherein 0&#x3c;n&#x2266;0.01. Compared to the luminescent materials in the art, the said luminescent materials have higher internal quantum efficiency, luminous intensity and stability, therefore they are appropriate to be used in coating technique and improve the visual effect.

Metal nano particles doped with silicate luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof

Zinc manganese silicate containing metal particles luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof are provided. The said luminescent materials are a blend of metal M nanoparticles and ZnSiO:Mn, wherein M is one of Ag, Au and Pt, 0.001&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.1, 0.00001&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.01, y is the molar ratio of M to ZnSiO:Mn. The said methods include the following steps: step, preparing silica aerogel containing metal particles; step, weighing source compound of zinc, source compound of manganese and the silica aerogel in stepat stoichiometric ratio and mixing them to form mixture; step, sintering the mixture in step, then cooling and grinding to form the said luminescent materials with higher luminescent intensity. The said methods have simple steps, easy operation, low sintering temperature and low cost.

A luminescent element is disclosed including: a luminescent substrate; and a metal layer with a metal microstructure formed on a surface of the luminescent substrate; wherein the luminescent substrate comprises a luminescent material with a chemical composition of YSiO:Tb. A preparation method of a luminescent element and a luminescence method are also provided. The luminescent element has good luminescence homogeneity, high luminescence efficiency, good luminescence stability and simple structure, and can be used in luminescent devices with ultrahigh brightness.

The formula of a luminescent material is NaYLnGeO, wherein Ln is lanthanon, and the value of x is 0&#x3c;x&#x2266;0.2. The luminescent material adulterated with lanthanon constitutes germanate luminescent material comprising lanthanon, which improves efficiently the stability and luminescent performance of the luminescent material. The presence of lanthanon enables the luminescent material to emit light with different colors such as red, green, blue, etc. under the excitation of cathode rays, and be better used in a filed emission device. In the preparation method of the luminescent material, source components are mixed up and directly and sintered, and the luminescent material is acquired.

Silicate luminescent material and preparation method thereof are provided. The structural formula of the silicate luminescent material is Zn(SiM)O:Mn, wherein M is metal element and its oxide is conductive, x is in a range of 0.001 to 0.15, and y is in a range of 0.001 to 0.05. For integrated with conductive metal oxide component, the silicate luminescent material could take advantage of its conductive properties, and the silicate luminescent material could improve the luminescence properties under cathode ray significantly comparing with that of the luminescent material has not been integrated with conductive component. The preparation method of borate luminous material also is provided. The borate luminous material has the advantages of good stability, high luminescence efficiency and high color purity.
