A multi-intelligence federated reinforcement learning (FRL)-based vehicle-road cooperative control system and method at the complex intersection use a vehicle-road cooperative control framework based on the Road Side Unit (RSU) static processing module and the vehicle-based dynamic processing module. The historical road information is supplied by the proposed RSU module. The Federated Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic policy gradient (FTD3) algorithm is proposed to connect the federated learning (FL) module and the reinforcement learning (RL) module. The FTD3 algorithm transmits only neural network parameters instead of vehicle samples to protect privacy. Firstly, FTD3 selects only specific networks for aggregation to reduce the communication cost. Secondly, FTD3 realizes the deep combination of FL and RL by aggregating target critic networks with smaller Q-values. Thirdly, RSU neural network participates in aggregation rather than training, and only shared global model parameters are used.

A continuously variable transmission system for hybrid power multi-mode switching, includes an input component, an output component, a clutch assembly, a brake, a hydraulic transmission assembly and a planetary gear assembly, wherein the input component is connected with the hydraulic transmission assembly, the output component is connected with the planetary gear assembly, the clutch assembly connects the input component and the hydraulic transmission assembly to the planetary gear assembly respectively, and the brake and the clutch assembly provide a transmission ratio for continuous forwarding or backwarding continuously between the input component and the output component. The hydro-mechanical transmission is switched to mechanical transmission by increasing the displacement ratio of the hydraulic transmission assembly linearly or non-linearly.

Hybrid multi-mode switching continuously variable transmission system

A gear-hydraulic-metal belt integrated multi-mode hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device includes an input assembly, an output assembly, a metal belt transmission mechanism, a planetary gear assembly, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a clutch assembly and a brake assembly. The input assembly is connected to the metal belt transmission mechanism, the planetary gear assembly and the hydraulic transmission mechanism. The metal belt transmission mechanism and the hydraulic transmission mechanism are connected to the planetary gear assembly. The planetary gear assembly is connected to the output assembly. The clutch assembly connects the input assembly to the metal belt transmission mechanism and the planetary gear assembly, and connects each of the metal belt transmission mechanism and the hydraulic transmission mechanism to the planetary gear assembly. The clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input assembly and the output assembly.

Gear-hydraulic-metal belt integrated multi-mode hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device

A multi-pump driven single-motor hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device includes an input shaft, a planetary gear split mechanism, a hydraulic transmission system, a planetary gear convergence mechanism, and an output shaft. The input shaft is connected to the hydraulic transmission system and the planetary gear convergence mechanism through the planetary gear split mechanism. The hydraulic transmission system and the planetary gear convergence mechanism are both connected to the output shaft. The hydraulic transmission system includes a multi-pump driving mechanism, a fixed displacement motor mechanism, and a hydraulic transmission output mechanism. The multi-pump driving mechanism is connected to the fixed displacement motor mechanism. The fixed displacement motor mechanism is connected to the planetary gear convergence mechanism and is connected to the output shaft through the hydraulic transmission output mechanism.

Multi-pump driven single-motor hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device and control method thereof

An energy dynamic control method for the EPS with hybrid power supply and an energy dynamic control system. Control system collects real-time current of vehicle electric appliances except the steering motor and the super-capacitor and calculates target current of the steering motor according to real-time steering torque and vehicle speed, and determines state of the super-capacitor by comparing rated current of vehicle power supply and sum of the current of vehicle electric appliances and target current of the steering motor. When super-capacitor is in the charging state, charging current is dynamically regulated to make vehicle power supply work in optimal working range, and maximum charging current is limited based on SOC of the super-capacitor. When super-capacitor is in discharging state, discharging current is dynamically regulated to make vehicle power supply work in optimal working range, and maximum discharging current is limited based on SOC of super-capacitor.

Energy dynamic control system and method for the EPS with hybrid power supply

A hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device and a control method thereof, including an input shaft, a split mechanism, a hydraulic transmission assembly, a mechanical transmission assembly, a convergence mechanism, and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft is connected, through the split mechanism, to the hydraulic transmission assembly and the mechanical transmission assembly, wherein the hydraulic transmission assembly and the mechanical transmission assembly are connected in parallel, and the hydraulic transmission assembly and the mechanical transmission assembly are each connected to the output shaft through the convergence mechanism. In the hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device, planetary gear structures are combined with engagement/disengagement of brakes and clutches, to implement switching of power split and convergence structural forms.

Hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device and control method thereof

A hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device and a control method thereof are provided. The device includes an input shaft, a split mechanism, a mechanical transmission assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft is connected, through the split mechanism, to the mechanical transmission assembly and the hydraulic transmission assembly that are connected in parallel, and the mechanical transmission assembly and the hydraulic transmission assembly are both connected to the output shaft. The mechanical transmission assembly includes a front planetary-gear-set assembly and a rear planetary-gear-set assembly. The front planetary-gear-set assembly and the rear planetary-gear-set assembly are connected in series. The control method includes three modes of transmission: pure hydraulic transmission, hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission, and pure mechanical transmission are implemented through combination and engagement/disengagement of gear-shift components.
