A linear Hall-based eccentricity diagnosis method and detection system for a permanent magnet motor. First, three linear Hall elements are mounted in stator slots at the same space interval, respectively; second, analog signals output by the three-phase linear Hall are converted into digital signals by means of a digital signal processor, and the digital signals are converted into a quadrature signal by means of linear combination; then, a negative sequence signal and a sideband signal are extracted from the quadrature signal by means of a complex factor filter; then the amplitude of the negative sequence signal and the amplitude of the sideband signal are extracted by means of synchronous reference frame phase-locked loops as a static eccentricity indicator and a dynamic eccentricity indicator; finally, percentages representing the degrees of eccentricity are calculated from the static eccentricity indicator and the dynamic eccentricity indicator in the digital signal processor.

Linear hall-based eccentricity diagnosis method and detection system for permanent magnet motor

A connector assembly is provided. The connector assembly includes a male connector for connecting with a female connector. The female connector includes: a housing; a first tubular body received within and fixed to the housing; and a locking sleeve rotatably sleeved outside the first tubular body and including a guiding groove and a locking groove. The guiding groove and the locking groove are arranged on a circumferential wall of the locking sleeve and are connected to each other. The male connector includes: a casing; and a second tubular body received within and fixed to the casing and including a locking protrusion arranged on an outer periphery thereof. The connector assembly is configured to realize the connecting and locking of the female connector and the male connector in a small operation space.

Disclosed are a method and system for measuring a flux-switching electric motor rotor angle on the basis of linear Hall. The method comprises: firstly, selecting four linear Hall sensors and respectively mounting same in four slots of a stator; a first linear Hall sensor is mounted in any slot of the stator, and a second linear Hall sensor is spaced apart from the first linear Hall sensor by Nslots in a unified direction; Nis an even number, and N≠ks/(2); a third linear Hall sensor is spaced apart from the first linear Hall sensor by Nslots; Nis an odd number, and N=(2−1)s/(2); and a fourth linear Hall sensor is spaced apart from the second linear Hall sensor by Nslots; and then calculating an electric motor rotor angle according to voltage signals of the four linear Hall sensors.

Method and system for measuring flux-switching electric motor rotor angle on basis of linear hall sensors

The present disclosure provides a multi-excitation-source axial-flux permanent-magnet motor with partitioned, hierarchical, and variable poles, and a variable-condition driving control system. The motor mainly includes a main magnetic pole and an auxiliary magnetic pole. The main magnetic pole is responsible for providing a main air gap flux and is connected in series with a dual-stator magnetic circuit. The auxiliary magnetic pole is responsible for adjusting an air gap field and is connected in parallel with the dual-stator magnetic circuit. Magnetic fluxes of the main magnetic pole and the auxiliary magnetic pole together constitute the air gap field. The present disclosure can control a flux path of the auxiliary magnetic pole by controlling the magnitude of a current applied to a field winding, thereby adjusting an air gap flux, expanding a speed range of the motor, and achieving variable-condition operation of the motor.

Multi-excitation-source axial-flux permanent-magnet motor with partitioned, hierarchical, and variable poles, and variable-condition driving control system

A female connector includes: a housing defining a first axial direction and having an opening at a first end of the housing for insertion of a male connector, a first limiting member being provided on an outer periphery of the housing; a valve assembly arranged in the housing; a base defining a receiving passage extending along the first axial direction; a bushing sleeved outside the housing and arranged in the receiving passage to retain the housing in the receiving passage, the bushing being elastically deformable; and a mounting member fixed to an axial end of the base. The first limiting member is confined between the axial end and the mounting member, and a movement space for the first limiting member to move therein is defined between the axial end and the mounting member. A connector assembly includes the female connector.

The hollow body molding aid includes a body, a connector, a first profiling assembly, a second profiling assembly, and a positioning mechanism. The connector is fixedly connected to the body. The first profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on one side of the body and is configured to position one half of a reinforced housing. The second profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on the other side of the body and is configured to position the other half of the reinforced housing. The positioning mechanism is disposed on the first profiling assembly and the second profiling assembly. The reinforced housing can be positioned, thus guaranteeing molding quality of the reinforced housing and blanks. In addition, the reinforced housing can be accurately positioned in a cavity of a mold through a manipulator, without the need to use a plurality of air cylinders for step-by-step driving.

A stator-based permanent magnet field-enhanced hybrid-excitation motor capable of operating under multiple operating conditions and a driving control method thereof are provided. The motor includes a stator, excitation windings, permanent magnets, a rotor, armature windings, and an air gap. The stator is a structure with double-cross-shaped stator modules. A power converter of the motor by four H-bridges is formed. Incoming and outgoing ends of the excitation winding are each connected with a center point of one H-bridge arm, and incoming and outgoing ends of a three-phase winding are each connected with a center point of one H-bridge arm to form an open winding structure; the H-bridge of the excitation winding is connected in series with a bus of the open winding structure of the three-phase winding; every three bridge arms of the open winding structure form a group; and a switch transistor is arranged between each two groups.

Stator-based permanent magnet field-enhanced hybrid-excitation motor capable of operating under multiple working conditions and drive control method thereof

A unified open-circuit fault-tolerant control method for a vector control (VC) drive system and a direct torque control (DTC) drive system of a five-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor are provided. The control method adopts a unified open-circuit fault-tolerant control strategy. The unified open-circuit fault-tolerant control strategy includes: obtaining a predetermined torque, obtaining predetermined direct-axis and quadrature-axis voltages, analyzing a fault-tolerant mechanism to obtain fault-tolerant currents, obtaining winding phase voltages in a fault mode based on the fault-tolerant mechanism, and obtaining fault-tolerant voltages based on a back-electromagnetic force (EMF). The unified open-circuit fault-tolerant control strategy suitable for the VC drive system and the DTC drive system is proposed based on chaotic pulse width modulation (CPWM). The control method essentially reveals the fault-tolerant mechanism, and solves the problem of variable and complicated fault-tolerant control schemes corresponding to various basic control algorithms.

Unified open-circuit fault-tolerant control method for vector control drive system and direct torque control drive system of five-phase permanent magnet fault tolerant motor

An optical module includes a housing, and a main circuit board, an optical transmitting assembly, an optical receiving assembly, and an electrical connector that are disposed inside the housing. The optical transmitting assembly includes at least two sets of lasers, a transmitting-end optical assembly, and a transmitting-end optical fiber receptacle. The optical receiving assembly includes at least two sets of photoelectric detectors, a receiving-end optical assembly, and a receiving-end optical fiber receptacle. The electrical connector electrically connects the optical transmitting assembly and the optical receiving assembly to the main circuit board.
