A multifunctional laser processing apparatus includes a hollow milling shaft, a light path tool holder, a tool-holder-type melting module, a laser light source, and a temperature sensor. The hollow milling shaft includes a first light path channel and a connection portion. The light path tool holder can be connected to the connection portion. The light path tool holder has a second light path channel communicating with the first light path channel. The tool-holder-type melting module can be connected to the connection portion. The tool-holder-type melting module has a third light path channel communicating with the first light path channel. The laser light source is configured to emit a laser light beam toward the first light path channel. The temperature sensor is disposed on an outer surface of the hollow milling shaft and is configured to sense a temperature of a work piece during a multifunctional processing process.

Multifunctional laser processing apparatus

Device and method for scanning an object outline image are provided. The scanning device includes a light source, an optical sensor and a processor. The scanning method includes: providing a polarized projection light beam; projecting the polarized projection light beam to an object, and correspondingly reflecting a polarized reflection light beam by the object according to the polarized projection light beam; capturing an image of the polarized reflection light beam; calculating polarization state of target according to the polarized projection light beam and the polarized reflection light beam, the polarization state of target having a plane angle from normal projection and a corresponding point position; and restoring an outline image of the object according to the polarization state of target.

Device and method for scanning object outline image

A laser processing device has a laser source and a high speed vibration unit. The laser source has a laser-emitting end being capable of emitting a laser beam adapted to process a workpiece. The high speed vibration unit is located on a moving path of the laser beam and is capable of vibrating periodically along a direction parallel to the moving path of the laser beam such that the focusing point of the laser beam moves periodically on the workpiece at high speed. The laser processing device with the fast moving focusing point is able to efficiently process parts of the workpiece at specific depths. Therefore, product quality and production rate are increased.

Laser processing device with a high speed vibration unit

A laser-assisted machining device includes a spindle, a beam splitting module and a cutting tool. The spindle has a chamber, and multiple exit holes. The beam splitting module is disposed in the spindle and includes a beam splitter for splitting a main laser beam into a plurality of secondary laser beams that are directed into the chamber, and an outer reflecting unit mounted in the chamber for reflecting the secondary laser beams out of the spindle through the exit holes. The cutting tool is fixedly mounted on the spindle, for machining a workpiece, and includes multiple cutting teeth. The secondary laser beams maintain constant irradiation on multiple areas of the workpiece during rotation of the spindle.
