A transmission interface circuit includes a power supply port, a first power path, first data transmission path, second power path and controller. The first power port is coupled to the storage device to provide the storage device with power. The first data transmission path is coupled between the storage device and the electronic device to perform data transmission between the storage device and the electronic device. The second power port is coupled to the electronic device to provide the electronic device with power. The controller respectively control enables or disables the first power path, the second power path and the first data transmission path according to the information transmitted from the electronic device.

An intelligent channel allocation method is used for detecting and avoiding a second wireless communication system taking advantage of the characteristic of a first wireless communication system in two different wireless communication system. The first wireless communication system features a narrower bandwidth, while the second wireless communication system has a non-fixed length of a frame for sending/receiving or a broader bandwidth. When these wireless communication system use a same radio frequency (RF) band, the carriers used by them are overlapped. To avoid the mutual interference, the first wireless communication system uses a background scanning mechanism to simultaneously detect the second wireless communication system and a presence range of the second wireless communication system is decided, followed by executing a handover scheme.

Method of intelligent channel allocation in communication network system

The invention provides a base station for connection of a low-power and a high-power radio telephone network. The high-power radio telephone network comprises a first and a second terminal, while the low-power radio telephone network comprises a third terminal. The first terminal has a first interface for communication with an external device. The base station, which operates for the low-power radio telephone network, has a second interface compatible to the first interface, and communicates with the first terminal of the high-power radio telephone network through the connection of the first and second interface. Therefore, the third terminal of the low-power radio telephone network communicates with the second terminal of the high-power radio telephone network under the operation of the first terminal and the base station.
