A multifunctional device is provided, having vibration and sound generation functions, comprising a housing, a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system and an elastic support which are accommodated inside the housing, wherein the magnetic circuit system is support by the elastic support and is suspended inside the housing; the vibration system comprises a vibration diaphragm and a voice coil coupled to one side of the vibration diaphragm; and wherein the elastic support comprises a first fixing portion, second fixing portion, and a deformation portion which is connected between the first and second fixing portions; an orthographic projection of an outer contour of the elastic support in a vibration direction is in a shape of a polygon defined by straight lines or a geometrical shape defined by straight lines and arc lines; and the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion have a height difference there-between.

Multifunctional device with vibration function and sound generation function

Disclosed is a vibration loudspeaker, comprising a housing, a back lid matching the housing, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system in the housing; the housing and the back lid are both square-shaped structures; the four corners of the square-shaped structure of the housing are provided with a recess, and the four corners of the back lid corresponding to the four corners of the housing are provided with a step, such that the back lid and the housing snap together and fix to each other. The vibration loudspeaker of the present invention effectively enhances the firmness of the fitting between the back lid and the housing, thereby enhancing the overall strength of the vibration loudspeaker product of the present invention. The vibration loudspeaker of the present invention has high overall strength, good reliability, and strong shock resistance.

Vibration loudspeaker

Disclosed is a vibration sound-producing apparatus. A sound output aperture is provided on a sidewall perpendicular to a thickness direction. A diaphragm is parallel to the plane on which the sound output aperture is located. A flat sound coil is perpendicular to the diaphragm. Two magnets parallel to the sound coil are arranged at either side of the sound coil. The vibrating direction of the sound coil avoids the thickness direction. The vibrating direction of an integral structure of the magnets and a magnetic conductor part also avoids the thickness direction. This facilitates a thickness-reduced design for a product, increases the space for vibration, and enhances product performance, meanwhile, the design of the two magnets effectively increases the strength of the magnetic field within the product, this further improving product performance. The vibration sound-producing apparatus of the present invention has the advantages of a great thickness-reduced design and great performance.

Vibration sound-producing apparatus

Disclosed is a loudspeaker module which comprises a housing and a loudspeaker unit accommodated in the housing. The housing comprises a front cover, a first housing and a second housing, and a cavity is defined by the front cover, the first housing and the second housing. The loudspeaker unit is fixed in the cavity, and the cavity is divided into a front cavity and a rear cavity by the loudspeaker unit. The front cavity is a cavity defined by the loudspeaker unit, the front cover and the first housing. The loudspeaker unit comprises a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The front cover is provided with a chamber corresponding to a mounting position of the loudspeaker unit, and the cavity is isolated from the front cavity and the rear cavity and is provided with a ventilation structure in communication with external environment.

Loudspeaker module

A speaker module comprising a module housing is disclosed. A speaker unit is accommodated within the module housing. A sound hole of the module is located at a side of the speaker unit. The speaker unit divides a cavity of the entire module into two cavities, namely a front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity. The front acoustic cavity is in communication with the sound hole. A sound-absorbing cotton is provided in the front acoustic cavity. The sound-absorbing cotton is fixed on the module housing, and is arranged to avoid a vibration space of a diaphragm of the speaker unit. The present invention effectively improves the performance of a sensitivity curve of the module at high frequencies without modifying the structure of the front acoustic cavity, thus not only increasing the acoustic performance of the module, but also simplifying the structure of the front acoustic cavity of the module.

Speaker module

Provided is an assembling method for a micro-loudspeaker assembly. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a chuck ring material plate and a vibrating diaphragm material plate, and stamping a number of chuck ring inner holes in the chuck ring material plate; (b) coating an adhesive on the upper surface of the chuck ring material plate stamped with the chuck ring inner holes; (c) bonding the vibrating diaphragm material plate to the upper surface of the chuck ring material plate coated with an adhesive; (d) downwards stamping the part of the vibrating diaphragm material plate corresponding to the chuck ring inner holes into the central part of a vibrating diaphragm; and (e) stamping to form the outer edge of the assembly around the chuck ring inner holes, and removing the assembly from the material plate.

Assembling method for micro-loudspeaker assembly

Disclosed is a miniature moving-coil speaker comprising a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system, and an auxiliary system for fixing the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil integrated with the diaphragm. The auxiliary system comprises a plastic enclosure. The diaphragm is installed correspondingly at one end face of the enclosure, while the magnetic circuit system is installed at the other end face of the enclosure opposite the diaphragm; also: a flexible circuit board is arranged on the end face of the enclosure where the magnetic circuit system is installed, and the voice coil is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board. The design reduces product installation height, while at the same time facilitates wire-leading and wire-combing for the miniature moving-coil speaker, and simplifies product design.

The present invention provides a speaker module comprising a peripheral frame and speaker units housed in the peripheral frame, and the peripheral frame is provided with sound holes in communication with the outside, a front acoustic cavity in communication with the sound holes is defined between one side of the speaker units and the peripheral frame, and a rear acoustic cavity is defined between the peripheral frame and another side of the speaker units away from the front acoustic cavity; in which the speaker units are provided in plurality, and the rear acoustic cavity is divided into the same number of rear sub-cavities as that of the speaker units, and each of the speaker units corresponds to one of the rear sub-cavities and is in communication with its corresponding rear sub-cavity. The above structure makes it easier to adjust the acoustic performance and improves the stereo effect of the product.
