Provided is a high-loading and alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead. The magnetic bead can maintain chemical stability under pH 2-14 and has an immunoglobulin G (IgG) binding capacity greater than 50 mg/mL. Further provided is a method for purifying and/or detecting an immunoglobulin, comprising a step of contacting a sample containing the immunoglobulin with the high-loading and alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead. The alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead can realize rapid purification of immunoglobulin, saving about 80% of treatment time and reducing total purification costs by 50%. In addition, the alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead has high alkali resistance. An alkaline method for in situ cleaning can be performed to regenerate the magnetic bead after use. The magnetic bead has rapid magnetic response and good dispersiveness, realizing rapid magnetic bead enrichment, cleaning, and elution. The magnetic bead facilitates automated, high-throughput, and large volume purification of a sample.

High-loading and alkali-resistant protein a magnetic bead and method of use thereof

Disclosed is a method for evaluating in vivo protein nutrition based on an LC-MS-MS technique, including the following steps: (1) collecting contents from different intestinal segments, and extracting and isolating protein ingredients; (2) determining the concentration of proteins; (3) treating before carrying out mass spectrometry: including digestion and desalting of a whole protein solution; (4) LC-MS-MS analysis; (5) database searching; and (6) data processing. Proteomic technology is used to identify proteins in the contents of different intestinal segments and digestive products thereof, and the source of the proteins in the contents of different intestinal segments and the contents thereof can be determined therefrom. Through bioinformatic analysis, the function of differential proteins in the body can be further understood, where the gene expression of enzymes related to protein digestion and metabolism may be different, thereby providing a scientific basis for further scientific evaluation of protein digestion and utilization.

Method for evaluating in vivo protein nutrition based on LC-MS-MS technique

The present disclosure discloses a method for improving tenderness of raw meat and meat products by mechanical vibration. In the method, the raw meat is vibrated to loosen meat tissue and improve meat tenderness, or is vibrated during curing to reduce curing time while improving the tenderness. The method mechanically vibrates the raw meat to loosen the structure of the raw meat, and ultimately improves the meat tenderness; or vibrates during curing to improve the tenderness while reducing the curing time, effectively ensuring the sensory meat quality. The method of the present disclosure not only effectively solves the problem of the tenderness of meat and meat products, but also improves sensory quality and safety thereof, enables wider popularization and utilization of meat and meat products, and directly increases economic benefits of enterprises and opens up a new way for future development thereof.

Method for improving tenderness of raw meat and meat product by mechanical vibration

Provided herein is a wet protein blotting system comprising (a) a dry assembly module; (b) a protein blotting chamber; (c) a liquid transfer buffer handling system; and (d) a control panel and power supply. The wet protein blotting systems provided herein reduces the blotting time of a traditional wet blotting process while maintaining the ability for high sensitivity in the transfer of proteins from a polyacrylamide gel to a membrane. Also provided are dry assembly modules and liquid transfer buffer handling systems that enable a fully automatic buffer manipulation system by one or more than one transfer buffers could be pumped into the protein blotting chamber to enhance the transfer efficiency. Also provided is a protein blotting chamber capable of controlling the temperature of the wet protein blotting system.

An inclined magnetic holder comprises a magnetic base and a centrifuge tube support plate. The centrifuge tube support plate has centrifuge tube support holes. The magnetic base comprises a first bottom plate, a fixing plate, and two first-side support plates.
