A display system including a display device and a light combining device is provided. The display device includes a first display region and a second display region. The light combining device has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface is capable of reflecting a first light beam from the first display region to an observing region for forming a first virtual image. The second surface is capable of reflecting a second light beam from the second display region to the observing region for forming a second virtual image. A curvature of the first surface is different from a curvature of the second surface, and a position of the first virtual image is different from a position of the second virtual image.

Display system

A three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a liquid tank capable of accommodating a photosensitive liquid. The liquid tank includes a film, a plurality of side walls, a plate and a motor. The film has a workpiece curing area. The plurality of side walls surrounds the film. The plate is capable of supporting the film and having at least one fluid tunnel extending from a first surface of the plate contacting the film to a second surface of the plate. The motor is connected to the liquid tank to incline the liquid tank. A gap is formed between the plat and one of the plurality of side walls of the liquid tank, and the film is communicated with an outside space via the gap.

A three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a container and a projecting structure. The container is configured to contain a liquid photosensitive material. The projecting structure is configured to provide a variety of molding beams to irradiate the liquid photosensitive material. The photoinitiator is suitable for polymerizing with a monomer after receiving the first molding beam with the first wavelength to form a solidified layer with a first color, and the photoinitiator is suitable for polymerizing with the monomer after receiving the second molding beam with the second wavelength to form a solidified layer with a second color, wherein the first color is different from the second color. The projecting structure comprises a light combiner module, disposed on the transmission paths of a variety of light beams. The wavelengths of the first molding beam and the second molding beam are between 355 nm to 415 nm.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus and three-dimensional printing method

A three-dimensional printer includes a projector, a tank, and a platform. The projector includes a light source, a digital micromirror device, and a controller. The digital micromirror device includes a micromirror, and the micromirror may be switched between an on state and an off state according to a control signal. The controller is electrically connected to the digital micromirror device and the light source. The controller further includes a judgement unit. The judgement unit may output the control signal to switch the micromirror to the off state when the light source is in the off state. The platform is adjacent to the tank. In addition, a manufacturing method for a three-dimensional printer is provided.

Three-dimensional printer and manufacturing method thereof

An optical path adjusting mechanism including a rotating base, an optical element, a coil, a first spring and a second spring is provided. The rotating base includes a first corner and a second corner opposite to the first corner. A first area and a second area are disposed along a line passing through the first corner and the second corner on the rotating base. The optical element is disposed on the rotating base. The coil is disposed around a periphery of the rotating base. One terminal of the first spring is connected to the first area of the rotating base. One terminal of the second spring is connected to the second area of the rotating base.

Optical path adjusting mechanism

A three-dimensional printing system includes a build device and an optical projection engine. The build device includes a curing tank, a photocurable material and a build platform, and the photocurable material and the build platform is disposed in the curing tank. The optical projection engine has a zoom lens for projecting image beams with at least a first pixel size and a second pixel size on the build platform to cure the photocurable material, and the first pixel size is different to the second pixel size.

Three-dimensional printing system

A display system including a display device and a light combining device is provided. The display device includes a first display region and a second display region. The light combining device has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. At least one part of a first light beam from the first display region is reflected by the first surface to an observing region so as to form a first virtual image. At least one part of a second light beam from the second display region penetrates through the first surface, is reflected by the second surface, penetrates through the first surface again, and is transmitted to the observing region in sequence, so as to form a second virtual image.

An optical path adjusting mechanism including a rotating base, an optical element, a coil, a first spring and a second spring is provided. A first area and a second area are diagonally disposed on the rotating base. The optical element is disposed in the rotating base. The coil is disposed around a periphery of the rotating base. One terminal of the first spring is connected to the first area of the rotating base. One terminal of the second spring is connected to the second area of the rotating base.

The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for a 3-D projection printing system and a system thereof, more particularly to a system adopts both ways of look-up table and interpolation method to calibrate. The embodiment of the present invention provides a portable calibration fixture system and a flexible 3-D projection printing system in order to improve calibration precision, facilitate calibration and printing operations, increase printing effect and save cost.

3-D projection printing system and fabrication method therefor

A projector including a light source, a light valve, a projection lens and a displacement module is provided. The light source generates an illumination light. The light valve converts the illumination light into a multi-pixel area image light. The projection lens is disposed in a transmission path of the multi-pixel area image light. The image displacement module includes a carrier, an optical element, a frame and a base. The carrier, the frame and the base are substantially coplanar with each other, and the multi-pixel area image light provided is configured to be moved by the optical element and being moved along a third direction in response to the spinning of the carrier, and the first direction is different from the second direction. Furthermore, a three-dimensional printing apparatus is also provided.

Projector and three-dimensional printing apparatus with image displacement module

On embodiment of the invention provides an optical lens includes a lens barrel, a first lens group and a photo interrupter disposed in the lens barrel, a light-shading sheet and a power machine. The photo interrupter has an optical transmitter and an optical receiver, the optical transmitter emits a light beam in a first direction, and the optical receiver receives the light beam. The light-shading sheet is disposed in a propagation path of the light beam and has two shading parts with mutually different lengths. The power machine is linked to a kinetic machine part, and the kinetic machine part is connected to the first lens group.

Optical lens and fabrication method thereof

A three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a container and a projecting structure. The container is configured to contain a liquid photosensitive material. The liquid photosensitive material includes a variety of photoinitiators and a monomer. The projecting structure is configured to provide a variety of molding beams to irradiate the liquid photosensitive material. The variety of molding beams have different wavelengths and are used to actuate a polymerization between one of the variety of photoinitiators and the monomer respectively thereby forming a solidified layer. A three-dimensional printing method is also provided.

A three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a liquid tank, a curing platform and a light source device. A bearing member of the liquid tank is air proof, and forms an accommodating space with a side wall of the liquid tank. The curing platform is disposed at a first side of the bearing member corresponding to the accommodating space for allowing a workpiece to be cured on a surface thereof. After the accommodating space accommodates a liquid material, a curing light beam provided by a light source device disposed at a second side of the bearing member opposite to the accommodating space cures at least part of the liquid material on a surface of the curing platform via the bearing member. The use of a solid release material between the curing platform and the bearing member may be omitted. Methods for printing and releasing a three-dimensional workpiece are also provided.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus and methods for printing and releasing three-dimensional workpiece

An image displacement module is adapted for an optical apparatus to switch image positions of a plurality of plane image. The image displacement module includes a carrying base and a rotating base. The carrying base is adapted to control the rotating base to vibrate back forth within an angle, such that the imaging positions of the plane image on the horizontal direction are moved by a first distance and the imaging positions of the plane image on the vertical direction are moved by a second distance at the same time. Alternatively, the carrying base is adapted to control the rotating base to rotate relative to two axes of a reference plane, such that the plane image are moved by a distance along one of a plurality of movement directions.

Imaging displacement module

A method for an improved 3-D printing system and a system thereof is disclosed. The method is able to blur and sharpen pattern images, and the system is flexible in assembly in order to benefit the convenience of printing, the speed of printing, and the cost of hardware and manufacturing.
