The disclosure provides a heat dissipation device including a first fin structure and a heat conduction member. The first fin structure includes a first substrate and a plurality of first fins extending from the first substrate, the first fins include a plurality of first ends and a plurality of second ends. The plurality of first ends and the plurality of second ends are opposite to each other. The first ends are connected to the first substrate. The second ends are away from the first substrate, and the second ends contact the heat conduction member. The disclosure also provides a projector with the heat dissipation device. Through the heat dissipation device, the projector can achieve a good heat dissipation effect.

Heat dissipation device and projector

The invention provides a light source module and a projection device. The projection device includes the light source module, an optical engine module, a heat dissipation module, and a projection lens. The light source module includes a light emitting unit, a carrier, and a noise reduction unit. The light emitting unit is configured for providing a lighting beam. The carrier is configured for fixing the light emitting unit and has an opening, and the light source of the light emitting unit is aligned with the opening. The noise reduction unit is configured to surround at least a part of the light emitting unit. The optical engine module includes a light valve located on a transmission path of the lighting beam and is configured for converting the lighting beam into an image beam. The light source module is located between the optical engine module and the heat dissipation module.

Light source module and projection device

A projector including a casing, at least one fan, a light source module, a light valve module and a projection lens is provided. The casing has a first air inlet, a second air inlet and an air outlet. The fan is disposed in the casing and adjacent to the air outlet. The light source module is disposed in the casing and adapted to provide an illumination light beam. The light valve module is disposed in the casing and adjacent to the second air inlet, and is adapted to convert the illumination light beam into an image light beam. The light source module and the light valve module at least partially overlap with each other along a first direction perpendicular to an opening of the first air inlet. The projection lens is disposed on the casing and adapted to project the image light beam out of the projector.

Projector

A projector includes a light source module, a light valve, and a projection lens. The light source module includes a substrate, at least one light emitting element, a heat conducting structure, and at least one electricity insulating and heat conducting element. The light emitting element is disposed on the substrate, and has a conductive portion. The light emitting element provides an illumination beam. The heat conducting structure has at least one concave. The substrate is disposed in the at least one concave, and the conductive portion is located in the concave. The electricity insulating and heat conducting element is disposed in the concave, and covers the substrate and the conductive portion. The light valve is disposed on a transmission path of the illumination beam, and converts the illumination beam to an image beam. The projection lens is disposed on a transmission path of the image beam.

Projector and light source module

The invention provides a heat-dissipating system and a control method thereof. The heat-dissipating system has a plurality of fans and is configured for adjusting rotation-speeds of the fans. The control method includes following steps: obtaining a plurality of rotation-speed values of the fans; computing out a rotation-speed reference value according to the rotation-speed values; when the rotation-speed reference value is greater than a first threshold value, decreasing the rotation-speeds of the fans through a corresponding fan control signal; when the rotation-speed reference value is less than a second threshold value, increasing the rotation-speeds of the fans through the corresponding fan control signal.

Heat-dissipating system and control method thereof

A heat-dissipating device used in a projection display apparatus with an air outlet includes a fence module, at least one resilient member, and a shape memory alloy module. The fence module is disposed at the air outlet and includes at least one guiding plate with a pivot. The resilient member exerts a first force on the guiding plate to enable the guiding plate to rotate on the pivot, and the shape memory alloy module deforms when heated to exert a second force on the guiding plate to enable the guiding plate to rotate on the pivot.

Heat-dissipating device with shape memory alloy module within a projection display apparatus

A lighting module includes a light source, a heat sink, a case, and a fan. The light source has a light emitting surface and a bottom surface opposite thereto. The heat sink is disposed at the bottom surface of the light source and includes a heat sink mass having a heat dissipation surface, wherein the heat dissipation surface is opposite to the bottom surface. The case is disposed to the heat sink and has a module airflow inlet and a module airflow outlet. The fan is disposed to the case or the heat sink for driving airflow to sequentially pass through the module airflow inlet, the heat sink, and the module airflow outlet. The case is capable of making the flowing direction of the airflow passing the module airflow outlet the same as the light emitting direction of the light emitting from the light emitting surface.

Lighting module and lighting system

An illumination apparatus includes a housing, a light source module, and a heat dissipation structure including heat sink fins, a shutter structure, and a variable element. The housing provides a bottom and an outlet disposed at one side of the bottom. The heat sink fins are disposed in the housing and thermal conductivity connected with the light source module. The shutter structure is disposed on the outlet and includes guiding plates, a connecting rod, and an operating element. Each of guiding plates is connected to the connecting rod. The operating element is disposed at one end of the connecting rod and provides an operating force for the connecting rod. The variable element is near the heat sink fins and connected with the connecting rod, the variable element is deformed to exert a force on the connecting rod when the variable element is heated.

Illumination apparatus and heat dissipation structure thereof

A light valve device includes a light valve disposed adjacent to a circuit board, and a heat-dissipating structure including a heat-dissipating main body and a heat-dissipating block. The heat-dissipating main body is disposed opposite to the light valve, and is formed with a groove defined by a first contacting surface and two engaging surfaces. The first contacting surface extends in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and has two opposite longitudinal edges. The engaging surfaces respectively extend from the longitudinal edges and define an open side of the groove opposite to the first contacting surface in the vertical direction. The open side has a width in the transverse direction smaller than that of the first contacting surface. An engaging portion of the heat-dissipating block is disposed in the groove so that a second contacting surface is in contact with the first contacting surface.
