A manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of a test strip. The manufacturing device includes a fluid push module, a fluid flow module and a fluid output module. The fluid push module includes an actuator and a transmission unit. The transmission unit has at least a fluid delivery member. The fluid flow module includes a reagent storage unit and a reagent delivery unit. The reagent storage unit has at least one reagent storage chamber. The reagent delivery unit has at least one drain chamber, at least one first infusion line, at least a second infusion line and a plurality of check valves. The fluid output module includes a plurality of reagent outlets and a reagent output unit, and one end of each of the reagent outlets is configured with an inner recess. The reagent output unit has a plurality of channels corresponding to the reagent outlets.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a microbial detection device, microbial detection method, microbial detection kit and microbial detection device. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: defining a sampling portion and a reaction portion on a substrate. Fiber materials are disposed in the reaction portion and a surface of the reaction portion which contacts with the fiber materials comprises abundant hydroxyl groups. Reaction reagents are then added into the fiber materials. An acidic solution is applied to treat the fiber materials and the hydroxyl groups in the reaction portion.

Method for manufacturing a microbial detection device, microbial detection method, microbial detection kit, and microbial detection device

A portable fluorescence detection system for a test unit comprises a housing, a light source module and a image capturing module. The housing has a receiving area for accommodating the test unit. The light source module is disposed in the housing and projecting light towards the receiving area. The image capturing module is disposed in the housing and receiving fluorescence light from the receiving area so as to capture an image. The above-mentioned system can be applied to the point-of-care testing.

Portable fluorescence detection system

A method for manufacturing a detection device includes dispensing a plurality of reagent droplets of a detection reagent to a fiber substrate by a dispensing unit, and absorbing the plurality of reagent droplets by the fiber substrate to form the detection device having at least one detection pore. The dispensing unit includes two plastic sheets and a water retention substrate, the water retention substrate contains the detection reagent, and one of the two plastic sheets has at least one opening.

Manufacturing method for detection device and detection device manufactured therefrom

A portable fluorescence analysis system comprises a fluorescence strip, a fluorescence excitation device and a mobile Internet device. The fluorescence strip comprises a fluorescence probe configured for detecting an analyte within a specimen. The fluorescence excitation device comprises a sleeve and an excitation light source module. The fluorescence strip is arranged at the one open end of the sleeve. The excitation light source module is arranged at the same opening side of the sleeve and configured for providing an excitation light to excite the fluorescence probe to generate fluorescence. The mobile Internet device comprises an image capturing module and configured for capturing a fluorescence image of the fluorescence strip via the other opening of the sleeve and analyzing fluorescence intensity of the fluorescence image to determine the content of the analyte. The above-mentioned system can be applied to the point of care testing.

A food safety detection device includes a xylem fiber substrate, which is configured with a sampling portion and a reaction portion. The reaction portion includes at least one chemical reagent. The sampling portion absorbs a test sample. The test sample moves on the xylem fiber substrate to the reaction portion and reacts with the chemical reagent. A manufacturing method for the food safety detection device is also disclosed. The food safety detection device is advantageous for easy operation, safety and rapid analysis.

The present invention provides a personal hygiene item. In simple terms, one of the main features of the present invention is to provide a low-cost personal hygiene item capable of providing a multi-component detection function. The personal hygiene item of the present invention mainly comprises a first material layer and a second material layer. The first material layer is made of hydrophobic material, and the second material layer is disposed thereon. Also, the second material layer comprises a discolored portion. In actual practice, a fluid under test contacts with the corresponding discolored portions via the hydrophobic layer of second material layer for a color changing reaction. Meanwhile, since the hydrophilic performance of the discolored portion is better than the hydrophilic performance of the hydrophilic layer, the back permeation of the fluid under test can herein be prevented.

Disclosed is a detection method, including steps of: providing an elongated carrier with a plurality of recognition substances fixed thereon; bringing a first end of the elongated carrier in contact with a liquid sample to permit the liquid sample to move towards an opposite second end along the elongated carrier, therewith a plurality of coloring elements in the liquid sample forming a colored band on the elongated carrier; and determining whether the liquid sample contains analytes based on the length of the colored band. Accordingly, the analytes can be detected by recognizing the agglutination based on the length of the colored band. Additionally, the present invention also provides a detection device and a detection kit for the aforementioned detection process.

A detection device includes a xylem fiber substrate configured with a sampling portion and a reaction portion. The reaction portion includes at least one enzyme reagent. The sampling portion absorbs a test sample. The test sample moves on the xylem fiber substrate to the reaction portion and reacts with the enzyme reagent. A manufacturing method for the detection device is also disclosed. The detection device is advantageous for easy operation, safety and rapid analysis.

The present invention provides a fiber base sensor and the fabricating method thereof. More specifically, one of the main goals of the present invention is to solve the problem existing in the prior art of the failure of forming a plurality of nano-particles on the surface of the fiber base sensor evenly by utilizing self-assembly process with the nano-imprint process. A three dimensional lignocellulosic detection device includes a first lignocellulosic substrate and a second lignocellulosic substrate. When the first lignocellulosic substrate is in contact with a liquid specimen through capillary effect, the sample is absorbed into the second lignocellulosic substrate through the first lignocellulosic substrate, reacts with the detecting reagent on the second lignocellulosic substrate and makes a detection test. The three dimensional lignocellulosic detection device of the present invention has the inherent advantages of a lignocellulosic material such as natural material, low cost, easy manipulation and capillary effect and results in a good preventive diagnostic platform. Also, users may achieve preventive disease diagnostic without spending additional time and/or money.
