A method for fabricating a display is provided. The method includes providing a substrate having a pixel area, forming a plurality of patterned first electrodes on the pixel area, forming a plurality of partitions on both sides of the patterned first electrodes, respectively filling in spaces between the partitions with various colored material to cover the patterned first electrodes by a depositing process, and forming a cover on the partitions and the colored materials.

Method for fabricating displays, and apparatus and process for producing displays

A pattern printing system and data processing method thereof are disclosed, which are suitable for printing patterns on printed circuit boards or data format rearrangement printing used in displays. The pattern printing method includes a process for interpreting scription data into matrix data, a procedure for modulating the print head resolution and the printing resolution, a procedure for interpreting and transmitting data commands, a procedure for rearranging memory data, and a procedure for firing data synchronously so as to achieve high-resolution printing and to continuously modulate any print data.

Pattern printing system and data processing method thereof

A supply system capable of providing a working fluid is provided. The supply system includes an access device, a first energizer, a second energizer, a third energizer and an output device. The access device utilized to access the working fluid includes a connecting port. The first energizer provides a first energy to energize the working fluid, thereby expelling the bubbles from the working fluid. The second energizer provides a second energy to energize the working fluid received in the access device, thereby expelling the working fluid through the connecting port of the access device. The output device is connected to the access device, thereby receiving and outputting the working fluid. The third energizer provides a third energy to heat the working fluid passing through the access device and the output device.

Bi-stable display systems and driving methods thereof are presented. The bi-stable display system includes a bi-stable display panel having at least one substrate, at least one electrode disposed on the substrate, and a bi-stable display medium between the at least one electrode, wherein the at least one electrode extends to pluralities of electrode pads on the at least one side of peripheral regions. A data input device for inputting display data to the bi-stable display panel includes a plurality of input terminals corresponding to the electrode pads of the bi-stable display panel. A trigger device detects relative movement between the bi-stable display panel and the data input device and generates a trigging signal to shift data address in a data shifter, thereby renewing image data in the bi-stable display panel.

A shape of the first material is capable of being changed upon a change of an electrical field between the first conductive electrode and the second conductive layer.

A method for fabricating a double-sided or multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB) by ink-jet printing that includes providing a substrate, forming a first self-assembly membrane (SAM) on at least one side of the substrate, forming a non-adhesive membrane on the first SAM, forming at least one microhole in the substrate, forming a second SAM on a surface of the microhole, providing catalyst particles on the at least one side of the substrate and on the surface of the microhole, and forming a catalyst circuit pattern on the substrate.

Multi-layer printed circuit board and method for fabricating the same

A transistor-type pressure sensor is provided, having an upper and a lower substrates, a source/drain formed on the lower substrate and separated from each other, a channel layer formed between and on the source/drain, a dielectric layer and a gate. A fabrication method of a radio frequency identification (RFID) antenna coil is provided. First, a substrate is processed by a surface modified procedure, to form a self-assembly membranes (SAMs) on a surface of the substrate. A catalyst is sprayed on the SAMs of the substrate according to patterning. After that, the first electroless plating procedure is first carried out for the substrate to generate a magnetic metal layer corresponding to the wiring pattern on the catalyst, and the second electroless plating procedure is then carried out for the substrate to generate the metal layer on the magnetic metal layer.

Fabrication method of radio frequency identification antenna coil

An electro-wetting display panel including a first substrate, an insulator layer, a second substrate, partitioning structures, and electro-wetting display mediums. The first substrate has a plurality of first electrodes. The insulator layer is disposed on the first substrate to cover the first electrodes. The second substrate located above the first substrate and has a plurality of second electrodes. The partitioning structures are disposed on the insulator layer and each defines a pixel region, respectively. At least one of the partitioning structures has a flow channel surrounding the pixel regions, and the flow channel is connected to one of the pixel regions correspondingly. The electro-wetting display mediums are disposed within the pixel regions and the flow channels. When the electro-wetting display mediums are driven by the electric charge between the first electrodes and the second electrodes, the electro-wetting display mediums move between the pixel regions and the flow channels.

A printing data processing apparatus for performing printing operations on an object to be printed is provided, which includes a plurality of printhead modules arranged in parallel, wherein each of the printhead modules has equal number of parallel printheads, each of the printheads has at least one jet orifice, and the simultaneously driven jet orifices on the parallel printheads of each of the printhead modules are arranged in a straight line with the jet orifices on the parallel printheads of the adjacent printhead module; a data processing unit for dividing a pattern format to be printed into a plurality of printing data and outputting a printing data signal; and a drive unit for receiving the printing data signal output by the data processing unit, and outputting a drive signal to the printhead modules, so that the printhead modules performs the printing operations synchronically and rotatably.

Printing data processing apparatus and method therefor

A micro-droplet injection apparatus and the injecting process using the same are provided for fabricating a micro-element. The apparatus includes an injection module, a moving stage module, an image detection module, and a temperature controlling module. The injection module is provided for injecting a micro-droplet on a substrate carried on the moving stage module, and the substrate is detected by the image detection module for detecting the relative position and inclined angle between the substrate and a injection head of the injection module. The temperature controlling module is provided for controlling the surface temperature of the substrate, such that the temperature of the substrate and the micro-droplets is balanced, and then the surface flatness of the film plated by micro-droplets is improved. The apparatus operates according to processing requirements of different substrates, achieving a stage multiplex function, and raising operation efficiency.

Micro-droplet injection apparatus and injecting process using the same

A method of fabricating an active array color filter structure utilizes the difference between the surface properties of lipophilicity and lipophobicity. When inks are coated on an active array substrate, ink at the lipophobic areas on the active array substrate will be repelled naturally, so that the color filter pixels formed on the active array substrate naturally have contact vias, which facilitates the electrical coupling of pixel electrodes and switch elements. Since there is no aligning or laminating process required for the color filter substrate and the active array substrate during fabrication, no aligning errors will occur. Also, because the pixel electrode can extend to cover over the corresponding switch element, aggravation of the switch element is reduced.
