A housing of a computer includes a cover, a body, and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is mounted on the cover. The locking mechanism includes a handle and a sliding plate. The handle is configured to rotate between a first position and a second position relative to the cover. The handle is configured to push the sliding plate. When the handle is in the first position, the sliding plate is engaged with the cover and the body to fix the cover to the body. When the handle is in the second position, the sliding plate is away from the body and the cover is unlocked from the body.

Computer housing

A fan assembly includes a case, a bracket and a fan module. The cage includes a ventilation plate. An installation portion and a positioning post are located on the ventilation plate. The fan module is secured to the ventilation plate and includes a bracket and a fan secured to the bracket. The bracket includes a body, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. The first and second sidewalls are located on opposite sides of the body. The first sidewall defines a first receiving slot and a first positioning hole. The second sidewall defines a second receiving slot and a second positioning hole. The first positioning hole is aligned with the second positioning hole. An area of the first receiving slot is larger than that of the second receiving slot. The positioning post is engaged in the positioning hole. The installation portion is received in the first receiving slot.

Fan assembly

An electronic device includes a computer, a circuit board, a supporting base attached to a top surface of the circuit board, and a backboard attached to a bottom surface of the circuit board. The case includes a bottom plate. The circuit board defines a through hole. A CPU is located on the supporting base. The backboard defines a retaining hole. The supporting base defines a fixing hole. A heat sink is attached to the supporting base and contacted the CPU. A fixing member is engaged with the retaining hole, the fixing hole and the through hole, to engage the backboard and the supporting base to the circuit board.

Electronic device with heat dissipation structure

A mounting apparatus for mounting an I/O connector includes a base having a chamber for accommodating the I/O connector, a cover engaged with the base thereby fixing the I/O connector in the chamber, a shielding case for receiving the base and the cover, and a resilient piece having a first end abutting the shielding case and a second end abutting a housing of the I/O connector.

Input/output connector mounting apparatus

An expansion card mounting apparatus including an enclosure, the enclosure including a support plate and a flange, the enclosure defining a slot, the support plate and the flange located above the slot; a mounting plate, the mounting plate including a mounting plate body and a bent portion extending from the mounting plate body; the mounting plate body securing an expansion card and covering the slot; the bent portion located on the support plate; a securing element, the securing element pressing the bent portion; and a pressing member, the pressing member including a resilient arm and a securing portion extending from the resilient arm; the resilient arm including a first and a second ends, the first end resisting the expansion card; the second end resisting on the securing element; and the securing portion engaging with the flange to enable the pressing member sandwiched between the securing element and the flange.

Expansion card mounting apparatus

A heat dissipating apparatus includes a first fan and a second fan. A clipping portion with a block is located on the first fan. A receiving hole is defined in the second fan, and two first retaining panels and a second retaining panel extend from the second fan. The two first retaining panels are substantially parallel to each other and perpendicular to the second retaining panel. The clipping portion is located between the two retaining panels and abuts the first retaining panel, and the block is engaged in the receiving hole.

Heat dissipating apparatus and electronic device with heat dissipating apparatus

A USB jack includes a case and an installation plate. The case is adapted for receiving a USB plug and includes a top wall and a bottom wall opposite to the top wall. The installation plate is located in the case and between the top wall and the bottom wall. A number of first pins is secured to a top surface of the installation plate facing the top wall, and a number of second pins is secured to a bottom surface of the installation plate facing the bottom wall. The number of first pins and the number of second pins abut a plurality of resilient pieces of the USB plug and are electronically connected with the plurality of resilient pieces of the USB plug along two opposite directions. A USB plug corresponding to the USB jack is further disclosed.

An input/output (I/O) connector assembly includes an I/O connector module and a holder for accommodating the I/O connector module. The I/O connector module includes a plurality of I/O connectors and an Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) shielding member located below each of the plurality of I/O connectors. The EMI shielding member includes a flat piece, a first resilient piece extending slantingly upwards from the flat piece, and a second resilient piece extending slantingly downward from the flat piece. A plurality of receiving holes is defined in the holder. The plurality of I/O connecters extends through and protrudes out from the plurality of receiving holes. The first resilient piece abuts a corresponding one of the plurality of I/O connectors. The second resilient piece abuts the holder.

An electronic device includes a chassis and a bracket. An opening is defined in the chassis. The opening has a first side edge and a second side edge located at opposite sides thereof. A length of the second side edge is greater than that of the first side edge. The bracket is mounted in the opening. The bracket includes a pair of first hooks and a pair of second hooks at opposite sides thereof. A distance between the pair of first hooks corresponds to the length of the first side edge. A distance between the pair of second hooks corresponds to the length of the second side edge. The pair of first hooks is engaged into the opening along the first side edge. The pair of second hooks is engaged into the opening along the second side edge.
