An intelligent exercise intensity assessing system includes an exercise testing machine, a physiological information sensor, a signal transmitter connected with the physiological information sensor, a central control host connected with the signal transmitter, and a cloud database connected with the central control host. The physiological information sensor senses physiological information of an exerciser before and after the exerciser operates the exercise testing machine. The physiological information is transmitted by the signal transmitter to the central control host, and transmitted by the central control host to the cloud database. The cloud database analyzes the physiological information to obtain a corresponding forecasted watt value, and obtains a resistance level of different fitness apparatuses according to the forecasted watt value. The intelligent exercise intensity assessing system can trace and record data of the exerciser, and obtain a suitable exercise prescription by calculation in coordination with the physiological information of the exerciser.

Intelligent exercise intensity assessing system and assessing method thereof

An internal magnetic resistance system for use with a fitness device includes an axle, inertia wheel, transmission wheel, magnetic permeable ring and electromagnet. The inertia wheel is disposed at the axle and has a protruding ring portion. The transmission wheel connects to the inertia wheel and transfers an external force to the inertia wheel to cause the inertia wheel to rotate. An outer circumferential surface of the magnetic permeable ring is fixedly disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the protruding ring portion such that the magnetic permeable ring rotates together with the inertia wheel. The electromagnet is disposed in the protruding ring portion and surrounded by the magnetic permeable ring. The electromagnet has a support fixedly disposed at the axle and iron cores disposed at the support. Each said iron core is surrounded by a coil and separated from the magnetic permeable ring by a gap.

Internal magnetic resistance system for use with fitness device

A frame lifting mechanism includes a base, a motor, a lead screw, a sliding member, a lifting member and a supporting shaft. The motor is connected to the lead screw, and the lead screw is fastened onto a transmission tube, allowing the transmission tube to move forward and backward while being driven by the lead screw. The sliding member is installed on a sliding track arranged on the base and connected to the transmission tube, allowing the sliding base to actuate with the transmission tube synchronously. A rear end of the lifting base is pivotally attached onto the base for support, and the supporting member uses its two top and bottom ends to be pivotally attached onto the lifting member and the sliding member respectively, allowing the supporting shaft to utilize the movement of the sliding member to drive the lifting member to move upward and downward.

A fan vehicle includes a driving wheel, a wind resistance wheel, a resistance unit and a power generating unit. The driving wheel can be driven by two pedals. The wind resistance wheel is connected to the driving wheel via a transmission unit in order to rotate synchronously. The resistance unit includes a mandrel, a flywheel installed on the mandrel and connected to the transmission unit, a magnetic ring mounted onto the flywheel and a magnet securement rack installed on the outer perimeter of the flywheel. One side of the magnet securement rack includes a plurality of magnets. The magnet securement rack can be pulled by a cable in order to change the distance of the magnets relative to the magnetic ring in order to adjust the magnitude of the magnetic resistance. The power generating unit is installed inside the flywheel.

A damper adjusting device is mounted on a base of an exercise apparatus, including a resistance wheel, a pivoting member, a driving mechanism, and a biasing member. The resistance wheel is rotatably mounted on the base. The pivoting member is pivotably mounted on the base, having a driven portion and a resistance portion. The driving mechanism is mounted on the base, having a rotatable turntable and a lug formed on the turntable and spaced from a center of the turntable. The biasing member generates resilience for keeping the driven portion contacting against the lug. Accordingly, when the lug is driven to move to further drive the pivoting member to pivot for an angle, the distance between the resistance portion and the resistance wheel is also changed to shift the resistance generated while the resistance wheel turns.

A sleeve is fitted onto the cylinder and pivotably mounted on the treadbase together coaxially with the bar. A locking member is pivotably mounted on the sleeve and has a stop lug to be inserted into a stop slot of the sleeve. A biasing member keeps the stop lug of the locking member inserted into the stop slot and engaged against an outer periphery of the cylinder. When the treadbase is at a collapsed position, the locking member can be driven to engage against a distal end surface of the cylinder, thereby automatically securing the treadbase to the collapsed position.

An exercise device is composed of a base, two cranks, two handles, two connection rods, and two slide wheels. The cranks are fastened pivotally and coaxially with the base. Each of the two handles is composed of a first rod member and a second rod member capable of sliding along the direction of the longitudinal axis of the first rod member. The connection rods are fastened pivotally with the cranks and the second rod members. The slide wheels are mounted on the base such that the slide wheels are in contact with the undersides of the connection rods for increasing the contact areas of the slide wheels and the connection rods so as to minimize the wear of the slide wheels.
