Techniques are disclosed for storing an arranging data in a database. A method includes a computer system storing, in a database, data indicative of a graph data structure having a plurality of nodes connected by a plurality of edges. The method further includes the computer system determining that a number of edges connected to a first node satisfies a threshold number. In response to the determining, the computer system may store an index in an index row associated with the first node. The index identifies a first row having first and second ranges of values stored in first and second rows, respectively. The values in the first and second rows correspond to edges connected to the first node. The values in the first and second ranges are usable to indicate properties of corresponding ones of the plurality of edges.

The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a multi-layer hexagonal boron nitride film, including: preparing a substrate; preparing a boron-containing solid catalyst, and disposing the boron-containing solid catalyst on the substrate; annealing the boron-containing solid catalyst to melt the boron-containing solid catalyst; feeding a nitrogen-containing gas and a protecting gas to an atmosphere in which the melted boron-containing solid catalyst resides, the nitrogen-containing gas reacts with the boron-containing solid catalyst to form the multi-layer hexagonal boron nitride film on a surface of the substrate. The method for preparing a multi-layer hexagonal boron nitride film can prepare a hexagonal boron nitride film having a lateral size in the order of inches and a thickness from several nanometers to several hundred nanometers on the surface of the substrate, providing a favorable basis for the application of hexagonal boron nitride in the field of two-dimensional material devices.

An auxiliary power supply device for an inverter with a plurality of power modules connected in parallel is disclosed. The auxiliary power supply device includes: a plurality of soft-start circuits, each coupled to a DC port of a corresponding power module; a plurality of distributed auxiliary power supplies, each having an input terminal coupled to the DC port of the corresponding power module; and a centralized auxiliary power supply having an input terminal coupled to an AC side of the inverter, and an output terminal coupled to a DC side of the inverter. The method includes: providing a base, a pattern transfer material layer being formed above the base; performing first ion implantation, to dope first ions into the pattern transfer material layer, to form first doped mask layers arranged in a first direction; forming first trenches in the pattern transfer material layer on two sides of the first doped mask layer in a second direction, to expose side walls of the first doped mask layer; forming mask spacers on side walls of the first trenches; performing second ion implantation, to dope second ions into some regions of the pattern transfer material layer that are exposed from the first doped mask layers and the first trenches, to form second doped mask layers; removing the remaining pattern transfer material layer, to form second trenches; and etching the base along the first trenches and the second trenches, to form a target pattern. The present disclosure improves the accuracy of pattern transfer.

An aqueous polyurethane dispersion compositions are disclosed. The compositions include a polyurethane prepolymer dispersed in an aqueous medium, the polyurethane prepolymer comprising an isocyanate and a crystalline polyester polyol having a hydroxyl content of 20 to 150 mg KOH/g and a melt temperature of less than or equal to 90&#xb0; C. Methods of forming a laminate are also disclosed. The methods include providing an aqueous polyurethane dispersion, applying the polyurethane dispersion to a surface of the first substrate, bringing the side of the first substrate into contract with a surface of the second substrate, and curing the aqueous dispersion, thereby laminating the first substrate to the second substrate. Laminates formed by the methods and including the compositions are also disclosed.

Techniques are disclosed relating to scheduling program tasks in a server computer system. An example server computer system is configured to maintain first and second sets of task queues that have different performance characteristics, and to collect performance metrics relating to processing of program tasks from the first and second sets of task queues. Based on the collected performance metrics, the server computer system is further configured to update a scheduling algorithm for assigning program tasks to queues in the first and second sets of task queues. In response to receiving a particular program task associated with a user transaction, the server computer system is also configured to select the first set of task queues for the particular program task, and to assign the particular program task in a particular task queue in the first set of task queues.
