The present specification provides an electronic media redaction system including performance analytics. In an embodiment, a baseline redacted version of a media file is received, and a comparative redacted version of the media file is also received. A comparison is made between the comparative redacted version of the media file and the baseline redacted version of the media file. As a result of the comparison, a performance ranking is determined and a display is controlled to cause the performance ranking to be generated on the display.

A device monitors execution of a safety workflow, the safety workflow comprising one or more triggers and one or more responsive actions. The device provides, at a display screen, an indication of the safety workflow and respective visual indications of: a physical sensor that generated sensor data of a trigger of the safety workflow; and a communication device associated with a responsive action to the trigger. The device detects, via an input device, an interaction with one or more of the respective visual indications to interact with one or more of the physical sensor and the communication device. A process of linking newly submitted unsolicited electronic tips to public-safety data including public-safety cases and tips. An electronic tip processing system correlates a newly received unsolicited electronic tip with public-safety cases. A correlation score is assigned to each public-safety case. The system selects a public-safety case which has a correlation score greater than or equal to a threshold. The system then presents a notification to a case supervisor assigned to the selected public-safety case. The notification indicates availability of new tip information to the case supervisor and also requests the case supervisor to review and validate whether the new tip information including the unsolicited electronic tip is relevant to the public-safety case. When a response received from the case supervisor indicates that the electronic tip is validated by the case supervisor as being relevant to the public-safety case, the system links the unsolicited electronic tip to the public-safety case.

A device, system, and method for selecting a public safety answering point server to include on a call is provided. A first communication device associated with a first responder, during a call with a second communication device, provides first and second input mechanisms to select a public-safety answering point (PSAP) to include on the call, respectively based on an association with the first communication device or based on a location of the second communication device. In response to detecting activation of the first or second input mechanism, the first communication device respectively provides, to a network server: information to identify the association with the first communication device or the location of the second communication device. Subsequently, first and second communication devices communicate on the call with a PSAP as selected by the network server.

Systems and methods for selectively routing emergency calls between public safety answering points and in-field first responders. One example method includes determining one or both of an identity and a location of an emergency caller. The method includes retrieving, based on the identity and/or the location, active incident information identifying one or more active incidents associated with the identity and/or the location. The method includes identifying identities and/or locations of one or more in-field first responders associated with the one or more active incidents and comparing the identity and/or location of the emergency caller to the identities and/or locations of the in-field first responders associated with the active incidents. When a match is found based on the comparison, the emergency call is routed to one of the matching in-field first responders and not to the PSAP. When a match is not found, the emergency call is routed to the PSAP.

A device, system and method for transmitting a response command to a radio using a visualization of locations of radios and communication links therebetween is provided. A device generates a visualization of respective locations of radios and communication links therebetween, the visualization distinguishing between the radios that are inside a coverage area of a communication network and a first radio that is outside of the coverage area, the visualization indicating a second radio in communication with the first radio via a local communication link. The device detects an input indicating a response command associated with the first radio. The device determines a routing path from the computing device to a given radio of the radios that are inside the coverage area. The device transmits, to the given radio, via the routing path, the response command.

An incident management system with graphical user interface mechanisms for control of the routing of incoming calls and other information regarding a plurality of ongoing incidents. Thumbnail icons, each corresponding to a different defined geographic area, are displayed and, in response to a user input selecting a thumbnail icon, a map is displayed identifying a defined geographic area corresponding to the selected thumbnail icon with a plurality of call icons and at least one incident icon. The call icons each correspond to a different active incoming call from within the defined geographic area and are each positioned on the map accordingly. At least one of the displayed call icons is assigned to an incident group and an incident icon is displayed for each ongoing incident managed by the system to which at least one displayed call icon has been assigned.
