An image sensor includes photoelectric conversion device regions in a substrate; and an isolation structure extending in a direction from a first surface of the substrate to a second surface opposing the first surface, surrounding the photoelectric conversion device regions in a plan view, and having first regions adjacent to side surfaces of the photoelectric conversion device regions and second regions adjacent to each corner of the photoelectric conversion device regions. The isolation structure includes first isolation layers surrounding the photoelectric conversion device regions, respectively, second isolation layers surrounding the first isolation layers, first gap-fill patterns filling at least a portion of a space between the second isolation layers in the first regions, and second gap-fill patterns filling at least a portion of a space between the second isolation layers in the second regions, in the plan view.

Image sensor and method of manufacturing the same

A server for classifying a plurality of mental states of a user is provided. The server comprised: a service platform; and a mental state classification platform. The service platform is configured to: provide a questionnaire corresponding to each of the plurality of mental states to a terminal of a user, and receive an answer of the user to the questionnaire from the terminal; receive a face image generated by photographing a face of the user while the user inputs the answer to the questionnaire for each of the plurality of mental states in the terminal of the user; by the terminal, display the face image including at least a middle of a forehead and both cheeks of the face of the user on the user interface so that the user can recognize his/her appearance while inputting the answer to the questionnaire through the user interface of the terminal; and transmit the answer received from the user and the face image to the mental state classification platform.

Server and method for classifying mental state

A method of classifying a mental state of a user using a computing device, which includes a microphone, a camera, a display, a wireless communication unit, and a processor, and a mental state classification server is provided. The method comprises: by the microphone, detecting ambient noise of the user; by the camera, generating an image by photographing a face of the user; by the processor, checking whether each of ambient noise of the user, ambient brightness of the face of the user obtained from the image, and a face position of the user obtained from the image is suitable for a heart rate variability measurement environment; by the processor, controlling to display on the display images indicating whether each of the ambient noise, the ambient brightness, and the face position is suitable for the heart rate variability.
