Provided is a pressure regulator and a fuel pump module having the same, which may be easily assembled by including fewer components, the pressure regulator including: a first housing including a guide part positioned therein and guiding movement of a valve, and an outlet part communicating with an inner space thereof and discharging a fluid; a second housing coupled to the first housing, having a valve accommodating space, including a valve seating part, and including an inlet part introducing a fluid; a valve positioned in the valve accommodating space, and moved to thus open and close a fluid flow; and an elastic member interposed between the valve and the first housing to bring the valve into close contact with the valve seating part.

Pressure regulator and fuel pump module having the same

Provided is a fuel pump module for supplying diesel fuel. The fuel pump module in accordance with exemplary embodiments of the present invention is configured to include a flange assembly fixed to an inlet of a fuel tank and a reservoir body assembly disposed in the fuel tank, wherein the reservoir body assembly includes: a filter that removes foreign objects included in the diesel fuel; a fuel pump that forcibly circulates the diesel fuel passing through the filter to a diesel engine; and a pump connection return passage that supplies fuel toward a diesel engine through a supply line of fuel but supplies the diesel fuel that is returned without being consumed by the diesel engine between the filter and the fuel pump to supply the fuel to the fuel pump without passing through the filter.

Provided is a fuel pump module for a vehicle includes: a flange assembly positioned at a top portion of a fuel tank; a reservoir body assembly positioned at an inner bottom portion of the fuel tank; and a guide rod connecting the flange assembly and the reservoir body assembly to each other, wherein the reservoir body assembly includes: a fuel pump forcibly supplying fuel in the fuel tank to an engine; and a filter having a column shape in which it includes a hollow having the fuel pump positioned therein, installed in a form in which it is inserted into a case forming an appearance of the reservoir body assembly and having the fuel pump installed therein, and installed to allow the fuel before passing through the fuel pump to pass therethrough, thereby filtering foreign materials included in the fuel.

Fuel pump module for vehicle having excellent filtering efficiency

Provided is an in-tank filter, which is a component of a fuel pump module positioned in a fuel tank of a vehicle, etc., to supply fuel to an engine. The in-tank filter includes: a filter media filtering foreign materials; an upper container made of a synthetic resin material and having a filter media insertion space therein, the filter media insertion space having a filter media inserted thereinto; a lower container made of a synthetic resin material and coupled to the upper container to block a lower portion of the upper container; and a deformation prevention reinforcing ring having a container insertion hole formed therein so as to be closely adhered to an outer side of the upper container when the upper container is inserted thereinto and preventing the upper container inserted into the container insertion hole from expanding.
