A process for manufacturing an apron board of a high-speed rail equipment cabin using a composite material is disclosed. The material includes aramid fiber honeycomb, PET foam, 3K twill carbon fiber flame retardant prepreg, unidirectional carbon fiber flame retardant prepreg, glass fiber flame retardant prepreg, aramid flame retardant prepreg, and 300 g/msingle component medium temperature curing blue epoxy adhesive. The process includes manufacturing an apron main plate (); manufacturing apron-board trim strips (), wherein there are two apron-board trim strips () and two apron-board trim strips (); and obtaining the apron board through the apron main plate () and the apron-board trim strips (), wherein the two apron-board trim strips () are respectively stuck at two opposite sides of the apron main plate (), the two apron-board trim strips () are respectively stuck at another two opposite sides of the apron main plate ().

Process for manufacturing apron board of high-speed rail equipment cabin using composite material

A method for molding a flame-retardant bending beam integrated with a three-dimensional (3D) nylon air duct and a production mould thereof are provided. The method includes steps of: (1), producing the 3D nylon air duct; (2), selecting a flame-retardant carbon fiber pre-impregnated material: (3), laminating the pre-impregnated material and pre-molding; and (4), curing and molding composite material. The production mould includes an upper mould, a lower mould, sliding blocks and an air nozzle port. Compared with a traditional bending beam of metal molding, the flame-retardant bending beam integrated with the 3D nylon air duct achieves a same flame-retardant effect, and meanwhile has simple operation, flexible product shape, higher strength, lighter weight and corrosion resistance.

A process for manufacturing a base board of a high-speed rail equipment cabin using a composite material is disclosed. The process includes manufacturing a base-board main plate (), a base-board handle () and two base-board sliders (). While installation, the base-board handle () is stuck to one side of the base-board main plate (), and the two base-board sliders () are respectively stuck to another two opposite sides of the base-board main plate (). The weight of the base board made from the composite material is 35%-40% lower than the base board made from the aluminum alloy material, which leads to a good prospect of application.
