An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including a cabinet including a base panel and a side panel; a compressor supported by the cabinet; a heat exchanger supported by the cabinet; and a leg frame at a lower end of the cabinet to support the cabinet. The leg frame includes: a channel including an upper flange coupled to the base panel, a lower flange installable on an installation surface, and a web connecting the upper flange with the lower flange. A first coupling portion and a second coupling portion are configured to fix one side portion of the channel to the side panel, and are positioned on opposite sides with the channel interposed therebetween.

Outdoor unit of air conditioner

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes a housing, a fan inside the housing and configured to cause air to flow and a machine room inside the housing at one side of the fan. A first partition inside the housing includes an inlet hole through which air flow from the fan enters the machine room. A second partition inside the housing, between the fan and the machine room, includes an outlet hole through which air in the machine room is sucked toward the fan. A fan guard is in front of the fan and includes an opening portion on one side of the fan guard that is positioned toward the first partition such that the air flow from the fan moves toward the machine room. A front cover, in front of the first partition, is configured to guide air having passed through the opening portion of the fan guide to the inlet hole of the first partition.

The outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a heat exchanger, a base arranged below the heat exchanger and including a first part including a drain hole formed to correspond to the heat exchanger to discharge water generated from the heat exchanger, and a second part formed to have a stepped portion with the first part, and a leg provided below the base and including a panel formed to slope while being spaced apart from the base such that the water is discharged through the drain hole.
