Disclosed is a stem cell generator for the generation of organoids after the development of biological materials loaded with active substances which are implanted into an animal or a human body. The active substances are mesenchymal stem cells, bone morphogenetic protein-2 or bone morphogenesis protein-7, other growth factors/polypeptides or growth factors/polypeptide combinations having the ability of inducing bone regeneration, or combinations thereof. The stem cell generator contains various types of blood cells and hematopoietic progenitor/stem cells having complete functions. The produced stem cells are used for treating hematopoietic damage, and can treat bone marrow failure and leukemia caused by radiotherapy/chemotherapy.

Use of stem cells produced by stem cell generator in treatment of hematopoietic damage

Disclosed is the use of a fusion protein in drugs for stimulating differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, or drugs for proliferation of granulocyte hematopoietic progenitor cells. The fusion protein has a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 4. The drugs can be used for the prevention and/or treatment of (i) hematopoietic dysfunction caused by chemotherapy, (ii) hematopoietic dysfunction caused by radiotherapy, or (iii) leukopenia.

Use of fusion protein

The invention disclosed a novel mesoporous silica-based xerogel and its use in hemorrhage control. The mesoporous silica-based xerogel material has tunable mesopores (1-50 nm), high specific surface area (100-1400 m/g), macroscopical morphology (powder, film, disc, column, etc.) and adjustable compositions (SiO, CaO and PO, etc.) as well as good biodegradation. The mesoporous silica-based xerogels herein effectively promote the blood clotting under various conditions including slow and severe hemorrhage, even at the blood oozing site of bone defect. Meanwhile, the networks of silica-based xerogel with good elastic and mechanic properties, formed by adsorbing a large amount of water, can modulate the cell behavior and tissue growth, and thus promote the wound healing. Additionally, due to the mesoporous structure, the materials have the potential to load drug, thrombin and bioactive factors, which is favorable for the therapeutical efficacy.

Nanometer mesoporous silica-based xerogel styptic process and its preparing process and application

The present invention discloses an inorganic bone adhesive and its use in human hard tissue repairs. The inorganic bone adhesive comprises basic compound, phosphate, calcium phosphate bone cement and retarder with the characteristics of rapid hydration rate and high early strength. Inorganic Bone adhesive can be widely used in the artificial joints fixation, screw fixation as well as comminuted fracture fixation. It is a kind of safe and effective adhesive material and beneficial for the fast postoperative recovery. The final hydration reaction products contains the composition of magnesium phosphate, bio-mineral containing ammonium and apatite-like materials, which has excellent biocompatibility and can be gradually absorbed by surrounding tissues after being implanted in vivo, which benefits the in-growth of the new bone.
