The present application relates to an all-optical detector and detection system, a response time test system, and a manufacturing method. The all-optical detector comprises a micro-nanofiber and an optical resonant cavity. The micro-nanofiber comprises transition regions and a uniform region. The uniform region is connected to the transition regions. The optical resonant cavity is provided in the uniform region. The optical resonant cavity is made of a semiconductor material. The all-optical detector provided in the present application detects light by means of the change of a resonance peak, achieves all-optical detection, and has a high signal-to-noise ratio.

The present disclosure provides a preparation method of an optical fiber device having a polymer micronano structure integrated in an optical fiber, the method comprising: welding a hollow optical fiber so that the hollow optical fiber is welded between two solid optical fibers, ablating the welded hollow optical fiber utilizing a femtosecond laser ablation technology so that a channel vertical to an inner wall is ablated on the hollow optical fiber, filling a colorless and transparent liquid photoresist material inside the hollow optical fiber which has been ablated so that the inside of the hollow optical fiber is filled with the photoresist material, and polymerizing on the photoresist material inside the hollow optical fiber utilizing a femtosecond laser two-photon polymerization technology.

Optical fiber device having polymer micronano structure integrated in optical fiber and preparation method thereof

A whispering gallery mode resonator and a manufacturing method includes a hollow core fiber, a waveguide, a waveguide resonant cavity, a first single-mode fiber and a second single-mode fiber. The waveguide and the waveguide resonant cavity are located in the hollow core fiber. End surface of the first and second single-mode fibers are fused to end surfaces of the hollow core fiber. The waveguide includes an input optical waveguide, an inner surface waveguide having an evanescent field and an output optical waveguide. The two end surfaces of the input optical waveguide are connected with an end surface of the core of the first single-mode fiber and an end surface of the inner surface waveguide respectively. The two end surfaces of the output optical waveguide are connected with an end surface of the core of the second single-mode fiber and the other end surface of the inner surface waveguide respectively.

Whispering gallery mode resonator and manufacturing method thereof

The present application is applicable to the fiber optics field and provides a hybrid fiber coupler including a lead-in single mode fiber, a coreless fiber, a hollow glass tube and a lead-out single mode fiber fusion-spliced sequentially. Both the lead-in single mode fiber and the lead-out single mode fiber include cores and claddings. Cores of the lead-in single mode fiber and the lead-out single mode fiber are not in the same horizontal direction. A curved waveguide is inscribed inside the coreless fiber and the hollow glass tube and cores of the lead-in single mode fiber and the lead-out single mode fiber are connected with said curved waveguide. The hollow glass tube has a micro-channel at either end thereof, and the two micro-channels form a microfluidic channel with the center of the hollow glass tube for allowing the analytical liquid to access the hollow glass tube. The hybrid waveguide coupler according to embodiments of the present application features cheap manufacturing materials, simple structure and ease of fabrication.
