An electromagnetic clutch is provide that includes a fixed component, a driven component and an elastic component. The fixed component includes a magnetic yoke provided thereon with multiple iron cores, and each iron core is provided thereon with a coil. The driven component includes an armature disc provided thereon with multiple magnets. The armature disc and the magnetic yoke are disposed correspondingly, and the iron cores and the magnets are disposed correspondingly. The elastic component is used to keep the armature disc at a disengaged position from magnetic yoke. When the coil is energized in a forward direction, the iron core attracts the magnet and when the coil is energized in a reverse direction, the iron core generates an electromagnetic force to reduce an attractive force of the magnet.

A vehicle drive assembly with transverse dual-power-source, comprising two power sources and an automatic transmission. The automatic transmission has a first input shaft and a second input shaft, and the two power sources are respectively connected to the two input shafts; a first intermediate shaft is provided parallel to the first input shaft, a second intermediate shaft is provided coaxial with the first input shaft, a third intermediate shaft is provided coaxial with the first intermediate shaft, and a first gear and a second gear on the first intermediate shaft are in engaged transmission; a third gear shaft and a fourth gear on the second intermediate shaft are in engaged transmission; and a fifth gear and a sixth gear on the third intermediate shaft are in engaged transmission, and the sixth gear is simultaneously in engaged transmission with a seventh gear on a differential.

Horizontal drive assembly of dual power source vehicle

The present disclosure discloses a vehicle driving assembly with transversely placed double power sources comprising two power sources and an automatic transmission, and the two power sources are individually connected to two input shafts of the automatic transmission. A first intermediate shaft is provided parallel to the first input shaft. A second intermediate shaft and a third intermediate shaft are individually provided in the directions coaxial with the first input shaft and the first intermediate shaft. A first clutch is provided between the first intermediate shaft and the third intermediate shaft. A second clutch is provided between the first input shaft and the second intermediate shaft. A first gear on the first input shaft and a second gear on the first intermediate shaft are engaged to transmit power. A third gear on the second intermediate shaft and a fourth gear on the third intermediate shaft are engaged to transmit power. A fifth gear on the third intermediate shaft and a sixth gear on the differential are engaged to transmit power. The second input shaft is provided with a seventh gear that is in engagement with the third gear. The present disclosure can realize transmissions of three speed ratios, make transmission modes flexible, shorten the longitudinal dimension of the driving assembly, and is suitable for vehicles with a compact structure.

Vehicle driving assembly with transversely placed double power sources

A vehicle drive assembly with transverse dual-power-source, comprising two power sources and an automatic transmission (). The drive assembly, in an aspect, has a reduced longitudinal dimension, to be adapted for vehicles of a compact structure, and, in another aspect, uses a small quantity of gears, which simplifies the transmission structure.

A vehicle electrically driving assembly, connected to the rear or front axle half shaft of the vehicle, that includes: an electric motor, a speed reducer, an electromagnetic tooth-mounted clutch and a differential. The speed reducer has multiple stages of gears, an input shaft and an intermediate shaft; the differential is connected between the axle half shafts; the electromagnetic tooth-mounted clutch is installed on the input shaft or the intermediate shaft of the speed reducer or on the axle half shafts. When the electromagnetic tooth-mounted clutch is in engagement, driving force of the electric motor is transmitted to the vehicle axle via the speed reducer and the electromagnetic jaw clutch, to provide an auxiliary driving force to the vehicle. When the power of the entire vehicle is insufficient at the acceleration phase, the electrically driving assembly, by using the electromagnetic jaw clutch, provides an auxiliary driving force to the entire vehicle.
