A display device including a substrate and an electrode positioned over the substrate. The electrode includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, and a third conductive layer disposed on the second conductive layer. The second conductive layer includes Ag and an alloy element, and the alloy element has a smaller atomic radius than Ag. A thickness of the second conductive layer is in a range of 20 &#x212b; to 60 &#x212b;. The second conductive layer has a transmittance of 85% or more in the range of 20 A to 60 A. The content of the alloy element of the second conductive layer is in a range of 2 wt % to 35 wt %.

Transparent conductive film and liquid crystal display (LCD) comprising the same

A transparent conductive film includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, and a third conductive layer disposed on the second conductive layer. A display apparatus includes a backlight assembly which generates a light and a display panel which receives the light to display an image, the display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate which faces the first substrate and is disposed closer to the backlight assembly than the first substrate, a gate line disposed on the first substrate, a data line disposed on the gate line and insulated from the gate line, a thin film transistor disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the gate line and the data line, and a reflection preventing layer disposed between the first substrate and the gate line to reduce an amount of a reflected light reflected by the gate line.

In one aspect, the display substrate includes a base substrate having a first refractive index and receiving external light and an insulating layer disposed below the base substrate and having a second refractive index different from the first refractive index. A wire is provided on an insulating substrate to have a first thickness in a first area and a second thickness smaller than the first thickness in a second area except for the first area. A display apparatus includes the wire. The wire is formed by forming a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer on the insulating substrate and etching the first and second conductive layers using photoresist layer patterns having different thicknesses.
