Disclosed are compounds inhibiting ErbBs (e.g., EGFR or Her 2), especially mutant forms of ErbBs, and BTK, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates or stereoisomers thereof and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds.
