The present invention relates to a phosphate-based acrylate crosslinking agent for polymer electrolyte and a polymer electrolyte composition comprising the phosphate-based acrylate crosslinking agent, and in particular to a phosphate-based acrylate crosslinking agent where a phosphate-based compound is introduced with a polyalkylene oxide group and an acrylate group and a polymer electrolyte composition comprising the phosphate-based acrylate crosslinking agent. The polymer electrolyte composition can be applied to electrolyte thin film and polymer electrolyte of small and large capacity lithium-polymer secondary battery due to its superior ionic conductivity and electrochemical and thermal stability, where the physical properties of electrolyte composition may be controlled by means of the length of polyalkylene oxide of the crosslinking agent.

Phosphate-based acrylate crosslinking agent for polymer electrolyte and a composition containing the same

The present invention relates to a cyclic siloxane-based compound and a solid polymer electrolyte composition containing the same as a crosslinking agent. The cyclic siloxane-based compound having a novel structure in which polyalkylene oxide acrylate groups are introduced into a cyclic siloxane compound and a solid polymer electrolyte composition containing the cyclic siloxane-based compound as a crosslinking agent along with other electrolyte components such as a plasticizer, lithium salt and a curing initiator. Since the solid polymer electrolyte composition of the present invention improves ion conductivity and electrochemical stability at room temperature, it can be useful as polymer electrolyte for electrolyte films, small-sized to high-capacity lithium-polymer secondary batteries, etc. Also, physical properties of the polymer electrolyte can be controlled easily by controlling the length of the polyalkylene oxide group in the cyclic siloxane-based crosslinking agent.

Disclosed is an electrode, comprising a coating layer of crosslinked polymer, formed on a surface of electrode active material particles, while maintaining a pore structure formed among the electrode active material particles interconnected to each other in the electrode. Disclosed is an electrolyte for a battery comprising: (a) an electrolyte salt; (b) an organic solvent; and (c) a functional electrolyte additive. An electrochemical device comprising the electrolyte is also disclosed. The additive used in the electrochemical device effectively controls the surface of a cathode active material, which otherwise causes side reactions with an electrolyte, due to the basic skeleton structure and polar side branches of the additive. Therefore, it is possible to improve the safety of a battery, while not adversely affecting the quality of a battery.
