A light emitting display apparatus includes a pixel including a pixel driving circuit and a light emitting device, and a gate driver supplying gate signals to the pixel driving circuit. The pixel driving circuit includes a switching transistor, a driving transistor, and a first light emitting transistor. The first light emitting transistor is connected between an anode of the light emitting device and a first node, the driving transistor controls the size of the current supplied to the light emitting device through the first node and the first light emitting transistor, and the switching transistor controls the supply of a data voltage to the light emitting device through the first node. During the use of the light emitting display apparatus, one second is divided into a refresh period and an anode reset period, and the switching transistor is turned on only during the refresh period.

Each of the plurality of pixels comprises a driving element for generating a driving current, a light emitting element for emitting light according to the driving current, an emission controlling element for controlling a flow of the driving current between the driving element and the light emitting element, and a switching circuit for setting a first gate-source voltage of the driving element corresponding to the driving current based on a first data voltage during a first period and setting a second gate-source voltage of the driving element based on a second data voltage different from the first data voltage during a second period following the first period, wherein the second gate-source voltage is different from the first gate-source voltage, and wherein during the second period the emission controlling element is turned off.

The OLED display device includes according to an embodiment an organic light-emitting diode; a driving transistor involved in driving the organic light-emitting diode and including a bottom gate electrode, an oxide semiconductor layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode and a top gate electrode; a first switching transistor electrically connected to the bottom gate electrode of the driving transistor and involved in transmitting a data voltage to control the driving transistor; a storage capacitor electrically connected to the bottom gate electrode and involved in charging the data voltage; a second switching transistor configured to store a threshold voltage in the storage capacitor; a compensating transistor directly connected to the top gate electrode of the driving transistor to compensate for a deviation in the threshold voltage of the driving transistor; and a compensating capacitor disposed between the source electrode of the driving transistor and a source electrode of the compensating transistor and storing the threshold voltage therein.

The present invention relates to a flexible display panel for suppressing a problem in which a crack such as disconnection on an internal circuit layer or the like is generated or a required warpage level is not attainable in a warped area while bending an edge portion thereof. The OLED display includes a display panel including pixels formed at each of crossings of a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, a monitoring signal line formed along an outer area of the display panel, a first signal supply unit that supplies a monitoring signal to the monitoring signal line and generates a first power control signal, a power supply unit that supplies a high potential driving voltage and a low potential driving voltage to the pixels, and a second signal supply unit that monitors the monitoring signal and generates a second power control signal. If the monitoring signal is not monitored, the second signal supply unit controls the power supply unit through the second power control signal and allows the power supply unit to stop supplying one of the high and low potential driving voltages to the pixels.
