The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a display device, and a manufacturing method. The display substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of pixels arranged at a side of the base substrate. Each pixel includes: an organic thin film transistor including a gate electrode, an organic semiconductor layer and a source/drain electrode; a first electrode including a plurality of first hollowed-out structures; and an organic protection layer covering the first electrode and the organic thin film transistor and filling the first hollowed-out structures.

A density of the pixel electrodes in the bending area is less than that in the non-bending area, and a density of the color resist blocks in the bending area is less than that in the non-bending area.

The method for manufacturing the display substrate includes: providing a seed layer on a first carrier substrate and forming a base substrate covering the seed layer; forming a first connection terminal on a side of the base substrate away from the first carrier substrate, the first connection terminal electrically connecting to the seed layer; removing the first carrier substrate to expose the seed layer; and forming a second connection terminal electrically connecting to the seed layer.
