The present invention relates to an ink-cartridge loading/unloading apparatus used in various devices onto which an ink-cartridge is capable of minimizing damage of a flexible printed wiring board of the ink-cartridge. The ink-cartridge loading/unloading apparatus according to the present invention comprises a vertically extending main body having a support portion; a mounting part connected to the front surface of the main body; and a coupling part connecting the main body and the mounting part. A metal coupling bar or a magnetic substance inserted in a coupling bar is attached to an electromagnet provided in a side of the main body, whereby the mounting part is coupled to the main body. The mounting part is released from a coupled state by pressing a button bar with an external force, and an elastic means is further provided between the mounting part and the main body.

Ink-cartridge loading/unloading apparatus

The present invention relates to an ink-cartridge for printers comprising a body formed having a filling hole on an upper surface thereof; a plurality of filling chambers inside of the body divided by a partition having a connecting hole; a discharging chamber connected to the filling chamber; an air chamber connected to the filling chamber via an air transferring channel so as to supply air to the filling chamber; an air suction valve installed in the air chamber; an air inducing channel inducing external air to the air suction valve; a blocking film attached to one surface of the body; and a cover installed in the other side surface of the body; and a pressure regulating part formed in a surface of an outer wall of the body and communicating with the filling chamber.

Ink-cartridge for printers

The present invention relates to an ink recharging system in which the ink can be recharged into a used ink cartridge repeatedly, a bulk ink cartridge used in the system, and a method for recharging the ink into the ink cartridge using them. The ink recharging system for the ink cartridge installed in an inkjet printer comprises a compressor and a positive pressure tank for providing the compression force to supply the ink stored in the quantitative ink supply cylinder to the ink cartridge, a charging cylinder for applying the compression force and the suction force to the quantitative ink supply cylinder, automatic quantitative position control means for measuring the movement displacement of the charging cylinder, a vacuum pump and a negative pressure tank for producing a vacuum in the ink cartridge, and a compressed air supply tube diverged and connected to the inlet and outlet of the charging cylinder from the positive pressure tank via the solenoid valve for air pressure. The present invention provides a recharging system for the ink cartridge and a method for recharging the ink cartridge, in which the remaining air or ink in the recycled ink cartridge can be easily discharged and vacuum degree of the ink cartridge can be precisely controlled by the control means for the quantitative position, to thereby charge the quantitative ink into the recycled ink cartridge rapidly and accurately, and relates to a bulk ink cartridge which can prevent wrong installment with simple identifying members.

An ink cartridge recharge system includes an ink cartridge mount hole in which an ink cartridge is mounted. The ink cartridge mount hole includes an ink injection part in which an ink injection hole connected to a nozzle of the ink cartridge is formed. A magnetostrictive displacement transducer is connected to the ink injection hole through an ink supply tube and determines the charged amount of ink by sensing displacement of magnetic field due to displacement of an internal float. A positive pressure tank stores high pressure air by a compressor. A bulk cartridge is connected to one side of the magnetostrictive displacement transducer to supply ink to be charged. A negative pressure tank is connected to the ink injection hole of the ink cartridge mount hole through a vacuum tube.
