An image sensor includes a semiconductor substrate including a plurality of pixel regions, a first surface, and a second surface opposing the first surface, a plurality of transistors adjacent to the first surface of the semiconductor substrate in each of the plurality of pixel regions, a microlens on the second surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a plurality of conductive patterns in contact with the semiconductor substrate and closer to the second surface of the semiconductor substrate than to the first surface of the semiconductor substrate in each of the plurality of pixel regions.

A lift pin driving device and a manufacturing apparatus having the device are provided. The device includes drive unit including a single drive motor that drives a pin plate, a plurality of timing belts and a plurality of pulleys. The pin plate, which supports a plurality of lift pins thereon, is moved by the pulleys, operated in conjunction with the motor through the timing belts. A tensioner controls a tension of the timing belts. The tensioner may be controlled to provide precise rectilinear movement without leaning, and to prevent the timing belts from sagging. The device efficiently controls the tension of the timing belts and allows the lift pins to be precisely moved upwards or downwards such that a substrate positioned thereon may maintain a horizontal position while being moved upwards or downwards.

An apparatus for displaying an advertisement image having a plurality of image elements includes a display panel for displaying the advertisement image thereon. The display panel includes a plurality of clusters which are serially connected with one another and are arranged in a pattern same as that of the advertisement image. Each of the clusters has at least one LED cell corresponding to one image element in the advertisement image, respectively, and a driving unit for driving the LED cell to represent the corresponding image element on the LED cell. An image editor performs an editing of the advertisement image by way of changing color and/or brightness of the respective image elements cells. And a control module controls the driving of the clusters in synchronization with an editing period for the advertisement image.
