A body-attachable triboelectric generating device includes a negatively electrified body including an upper electrified layer and a lower electrified layer adhered to the upper electrified layer; and an electrode layer provided between the upper electrified layer and the lower electrified layer. An engraved pattern, serving as a spacer, is formed on one surface of each of the upper and lower electrified layer in contact with the electrode layer.

Body attachable triboelectric generating device and manufacturing method thereof

A wearable energy generating apparatus includes a flexible substrate, and a flexible electrode part having a first electrode attached to one surface of the flexible substrate, and coated with a negatively charged material, and a second electrode attached to one surface of the flexible substrate, and spaced apart from the first electrode by a predetermined interval. The negatively charged material coated on a surface of the first electrode may directly contact a human body that is a positively charged object, and the second electrode may directly contact the skin of the human body.

Wearable energy generating apparatus

A fibrous energy harvesting device having a corrugated structure includes a first fiber layer acting as an electrified body for generation of triboelectric energy, and a second fiber layer acting as an electrified body for generation of triboelectric energy. The first fiber layer is attached to an upper surface of the second fiber layer and has a corrugated structure.
