A display device is provided, which includes a jog switch which performs a moving operation in a plurality of directions and a push operation, a display unit which displays a first user interface (UI) for adjusting a channel or a volume of the display device or a second UI for adjusting other functions of the display device in accordance with a first operation of the jog switch, and a control unit which adjusts a selected function of the display device in accordance with a second operation of the jog switch in which is performed in a state where the first UI or the second UI is displayed. The jog switch is formed to project for a predetermine height from a surface of the display device, and thus a user can find the jog switch easily and promptly even is the jog switch is obstructed from view.

Display device and method thereof

A display apparatus including a display module further including a control board for controlling an operation of the display module to display an image. An outer casing unit accommodates the display module, and a wireless communication unit performs wireless communication with an external communication device. The wireless communication unit includes at least one antenna for transmitting and receiving a radio signal to and from the external communication device, and a wireless communication board converts the radio signal received from the antenna into an electrical signal and transmits the electrical signal to the control board or transmits the electrical signal provided from the control board to the antenna, wherein the antenna and the wireless communication board are arranged to be spatially separated from each other.

Remote control apparatus and method for controlling functions of display apparatuses

Disclosed is a circuit for stabilizing a high tension voltage of a CRT and a method thereof. A feedback unit receives a cutoff voltage from the CRT. A compensating unit calculates a variation quantity of the cutoff voltage on the basis of the cutoff voltage from the feedback unit. The variation quantity of the cutoff voltage is compared with a high tension voltage compensation data stored in a storing unit according to the variation quantity of the cutoff voltage. Accordingly, the circuit for stabilizing the high tension voltage of the CRT and the method thereof can overcome inaccuracy of the high tension voltage compensation due to delay, and cut down the production cost by removing an ABL circuit and a high tension voltage compensating capacitor. Since the ABL circuit is not used, it is also possible to perform partial compensation according to an alternating current variation quantity.
