Discussed is a display device including a substrate including a first region and a second region surrounding the first region, a plurality of first subpixels on the first region of the substrate, and a plurality of second subpixels on the second region of the substrate. The first region includes a transmission portion adjacent to the plurality of first subpixels. Each of the first and second subpixels includes a first electrode, a first common layer, an organic emission layer, a second common layer, and a second electrode stacked in order. The first and second common layers are located in succession in the first and second subpixels.

Disclosed is a display device having touch sensors which may improve visibility. In the display device, the touch sensors having a multilayer structure including a blackened layer are arranged on an encapsulation assembly arranged to cover light emitting elements, and touch pads having a multilayer structure including a partially transparent conductive layer are arranged on a region of a substrate exposed by the encapsulation assembly. Therefore, the blackened layer may prevent reflection of external light and thus visibility may be improved, and the partially transparent conductive layer may lower sheet resistance of the touch pads and thus contact resistance between the touch pads and a driver integrated circuit may be reduced.

A display panel comprises a substrate including a plurality of polymer layers, an inorganic interlayer insulating film, and a semiconductor layer between the plurality of polymer layers and a panel array over the substrate. The semiconductor layer within a substrate may ground electric charges entered from the outside through the semiconductor layer. Thus, the display panel protects an array provided on the substrate and improves the reliability of the display device.

A thin and lightweight display device is disclosed. An organic light-emitting display device having a touch sensor is configured such that an outer planarization layer fills a space between a plurality of dams, thereby preventing a short circuit between routing lines in the space between the dams, and such that touch electrodes are disposed on an encapsulation structure for encapsulating a light-emitting element, with the result that an additional bonding process is not required, whereby the process is simplified and cost is reduced.
