A smart electric meter is provided. The smart electric meter includes a body, an antenna holder, an antenna structure and a supporting member. The antenna holder is disposed on the body, wherein the antenna holder is annular. The antenna structure is disposed on the antenna holder, wherein the antenna structure is moveable along a circumferential direction of the antenna holder. The supporting member is connected to the antenna structure, wherein the supporting member is moveably disposed on the antenna holder, and the supporting member moves the antenna structure along the circumferential direction of the antenna holder.

A microstrip antenna transceiver with switchable polarization, used in a satellite signal reception device, includes a base board, having a first surface and a second surface; a ground metal plate, disposed on the first surface of the base board; an antenna module, disposed on the ground metal plate, having a radiating metal patch, a vertically polarized feeding hole and a horizontally polarized feeding hole; a first switch, set on the second surface of the base board; a second switch, set on the second surface of the base board; a first microstrip wire, electrically connected between the vertically polarized feeding hole of the antenna module and the first switch; and a second microstrip wire, electrically connected between the horizontally polarized feeding hole of the antenna module and the second switch.

The conical body includes a plurality of corrugations, one of the plurality of corrugations includes a plurality of first openings, and a plurality of second openings, each of the plurality of second openings is formed between the two adjacent first openings, wherein the plurality of first openings and the plurality of second openings are used as slits to induce an interference effect to adjust a beam pattern of the feed horn.
