An offset preload ball screw with expandable loading area includes: a screw, a nut, and a plurality of balls between the screw and the nut. The inner helical groove of the nut includes at least a first section, a second section and a third section which are continuously connected one another. The preload constantly and smoothly changes in the second section, and the balls can be subjected to loads in positive or negative direction in the second section. Therefore, the running smoothness, precision and load capacity of the ball screw of the present invention is enhanced.

A method of detecting a preload of a linear guide includes: applying an external force to the linear guide with an external force applying device, wherein the external force applying device sends an impact signal while applying the external force; sensing with a sensor a vibration signal sent from the linear guide because of vibration thereof which occurs under the external force; and receiving the impact signal of the external force applying device and the vibration signal of the sensor and calculating the preload of the linear guide according to a received result, with a signal analyzer. Therefore, with the method of the present invention, the preload of the linear guide is precisely tested regardless of environmental factors.

Method of detecting preload of linear guide

An internal-circulation-type ball screw includes a nut, a screw shaft, and two returning members. The nut has an internal-thread groove. The screw shaft passes through the nut and has an external-thread groove. The internally and external-thread grooves are aligned to form a helix channel. The screw shaft has a returning channel and two opposite receiving recesses. Each of the receiving recesses is radially communicated between the external-thread groove and the returning channel. The returning members are received in the receiving recesses of the screw shaft and each have a redirecting channel. The redirecting channel is connected between the helix channel and the returning channel, so that balls are allowed to circulate along the helix channel, the redirecting channel and the returning channel. Thereby, the internal-circulation-type ball screw provides good durability, reliability and smoothness in use.

A linear ball bearing guideway is provided with six rows of balls disposed between the slider and the rail, so as to improve the overall load capacity. The six rows of balls are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the head portion of the rail, and the three of the six rows of balls at each side are located at different heights. The neck-portion width of the head portion is smaller than a distance between the two rows of balls disposed at the lowest rail rolling grooves, but larger than the value of a distance between the two rows of balls in the highest rail rolling grooves minus a diameter of the balls, which ensures that the neck-portion width is overly small and affect the stiffness of the rail.

A tunnel raceway type ball screw assembly includes a screw nut having an inner thread groove, a screw shaft inserted through the screw nut and including outer grooves, a mounting groove extending across the outer grooves and a first reflow groove in radial communication with the mounting groove, and a reflow component mounted in the mounting groove of the screw shaft and including a rolling groove connected with the outer grooves to form an outer thread that defines with the inner thread groove a spiral channel therebetween and a second reflow groove that defines with the first reflow groove a reflow channel therebetween in communication with the spiral channel. Thus, multiple balls can be cycled in the spiral channel and the reflow channel.

Ball screw assembly having a tunnel raceway

A six-row ball bearing linear guideway is provided with six rows of balls disposed between the slider and the rail. The six rows of balls are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the rail, the balls in the middle and upper rail rolling grooves bear and increase the load capacity in the downward direction. The balls in the lower rail rolling grooves bear a load in the upward direction, and the profile factor of the lower rail rolling grooves is smaller than that of the upper rail rolling grooves, thus the rated static load capacity in the upward direction is improved. The balls in the upper, middle and lower rail rolling grooves all serve to bear the load capacity in the lateral direction, thus the rated static load capacity in the lateral direction is improved. Hence, the rated static load capacity is improved in upward, downward and lateral directions.

Disclosed is a ball screw module including a screw shaft, a nut member, a ball connector, and a circulating device mounted on the nut member. A helical rolling track is formed between the screw shaft and the nut member. The circulating device is in communication with the helical rolling track and has a circulating route. The circulating route includes an intermediate route, two connecting routes connecting the intermediate route, and two guiding sidewalls formed at sides of the circulating route. The guiding sidewalls guide the ball connector to twist in a clockwise direction while the ball connector entering and leaving the intermediate route and guide the ball connector to twist in a counterclockwise direction while the ball connector passing the intermediate route.

Ball screw module

A roller bearing, includes an outer race and an inner race coupled together and rotatable relative to each other, the inner and outer race each defining therein a respective rolling channel, each rolling channel defining two raceway faces abutted at right angles, and rollers accommodated in the rolling channels of the inner and outer races and rotatably kept in contact with the raceway faces of the inner and outer races. The roller bearing is characterized in that the inner and outer races each define a groove between the respective two raceway faces thereof; the ratio between the width of each raceway face and the diameter of each roller is &#x2267;0.45 and &#x2266;0.62, thus, the friction resistance between the rollers and the raceway faces is minimized, and therefore, the roller bearing does not wear easily when rotated at a high speed.

A ball screw comprises a screw, a nut, two return assemblies and a rolling assembly. The two return assemblies are disposed in two ends of the nut, and each of the return assemblies is defined with a return passage provided with two guiding grooves at two sides thereof for guiding the linking portions of the rolling assembly. The guiding grooves twist an angle of about 90 degrees within the return portion of each of the return assemblies to prevent the linking portions from being stretched or extruded improperly to reduce the deformation to the lowest, thus effectively extending the service life of the rolling assembly.

A crossed-roller bearing includes an inner ring having a first periphery and a first raceway groove formed on the first periphery, the first raceway groove being provided with a complete first raceway surface and a complete second raceway surface; an outer ring sleeved onto the inner ring and having a second periphery, an insertion hole, and a second raceway groove formed on the second periphery and corresponding to the first raceway groove, the second raceway groove being provided with a third raceway surface and a fourth raceway surface, a receiving space being jointly defined by the first, second, third, and fourth raceway surfaces; and a plug, the insertion hole running through one of the third and fourth raceway surfaces to form a breakage therearound; a plurality of rollers mounted in the receiving space to fill the breakage; a plug mounted in the insertion hole and fills the breakage.

A linear motion transmission apparatus with a chain comprises at least one flexible link and a plurality of spacers, the spacers are equidistantly spaced apart and connected by the link, each two neighboring spacers define a holding space for holding rolling elements, each of the spacers has two separated arcuate retaining portions used to contact and hold the rolling elements. A lubricating-oil passage is formed between each of the spacers and the rolling elements to guide the lubricating oil from the non-load area of the outer surface of the rolling element to the load area, allowing the load area to be lubricated sufficiently.

A ball connect device for a linear guideway comprises: at least one ribbon-shaped connecting portion in which being formed a plurality of retaining holes for retaining a plurality of balls, and a plurality ring portions being protruded out a surface of the connecting portion and each of the ring portions being formed around the respective retaining holes to circle around the balls. The retaining holes each has two open ends that are located at both sides of the ribbon-shaped connecting portion, a diameter of one of the two open ends is near a diameter of the balls for easy installation of the balls into the ball connect device, and a diameter of another one of the two open ends is smaller than the diameter of the balls so as to prevent disengagement of the balls.

The rolling friction force of ball screw is much small than the sliding friction force of it. Using ball screw as the transmission mechanism for elevator, so as to find the differences of friction forces between rolling motion and sliding motion. Besides, the current of motor has the obvious relationship to the driving force of motor, we use current of motor for ball screw type elevator to monitor the system. And, before the serious damage occurring, the monitor system can find the different form the current of motor, and make the operation for elevator safer.

A ball connecting body for a ball screw or a linear guide-way, comprises spacers, guide linking members, and connecting members. The spacers are interposed between two adjacent balls, thereby preventing the two balls from hitting. The guide linking members are used for linking the two spacers, so that the ball may be maintained in a space formed by the guide linking members and the spacers. The connecting member connects two adjacent spacers. The total width of the connecting member in a direction of a connecting line of the two guide linking members is smaller than the total height of the connecting member in a direction vertical to the connecting line of the two guide linking members, so that the connecting member has an excellent bendable capability in the direction of the connecting line of the two guide linking members.
