A data receiving circuit may include: a variable delay circuit suitable for generating a delayed strobe signal by delaying a strobe signal; a receiving circuit suitable for sampling data in synchronization with the delayed strobe signal; a phase shift circuit suitable for generating a shifted strobe signal by shifting a phase of the delayed strobe signal; a phase comparison circuit suitable for comparing phases of the data and the shifted strobe signal; and a delay adjusting circuit suitable for adjusting a delay value of the variable delay circuit in response to the phase comparison result of the phase comparison circuit.

Data receiving circuit

A data receiver circuit may include: a delay circuit suitable for delaying first and second strobe signals and generating delayed first and second strobe signals; a first receiver circuit suitable for sampling data in synchronization with the delayed first strobe signal; a second receiver circuit suitable for sampling the data in synchronization with the delayed second strobe signal; an enable signal generation circuit suitable for generating an enable signal indicating whether the data transitioned; a transition level generation circuit suitable for generating a transition level signal indicating a transition direction of the data; a phase shift circuit suitable for shifting the phase of the delayed first strobe signal by a set degree and generating a shifted first strobe signal; a sampling circuit suitable for sampling the data in synchronization with the shifted first strobe signal and generating a sampling result; and a control logic suitable for changing a delay value of the delay circuit in response to the transition level signal and the sampling result of the sampling circuit, when the enable signal is activated.

A pixel circuit includes an organic light emitting diode including an anode and a cathode connected to a low power voltage, a first transistor including a gate electrode, a first electrode connected to a high power voltage, and a second electrode connected to the anode, a storage capacitor connected between the high power voltage and the gate electrode of the first transistor, a second transistor including a first electrode which receives a data signal corresponding to an emission sustaining voltage or an emission finishing voltage, a second electrode connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor, and a gate electrode which receives an erase scan signal, and a third transistor including a first electrode connected to an emission starting voltage, a second electrode connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor, and a gate electrode which receives a write scan signal.

Pixel circuit and organic light emitting display device including the same

A display device, system having the same, and pixel are disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels and a plurality of wireless power receivers. The display device also includes a wireless power transmitter configured to generate and wirelessly transmit power to the wireless power receivers. Each of the wireless power receivers is configured to wirelessly receive the power from the wireless power transmitter and provide a first power supply voltage to the pixels. The display device further includes a power supply configured to generate an initial power supply voltage and provide the initial power supply voltage to the wireless power transmitter.

A stretchable display device includes: a stretchable display panel including: pixels; a first resistive film extending in a first direction; and a second resistive film extending in a second direction; a scan driver to provide a scan signal to the pixels; a data driver to provide a data signal or a compensated data signal to the pixels; a row detection driver to detect a first current flowing through the first resistive film to generate a first detection signal; a column detection driver to detect a second current flowing through the second resistive film to generate a second detection signal; a compensation control signal generator to receive the first and the second detection signals to detect amounts of variations of the first and the second currents, and to generate a compensation control signal; and a timing controller to generate the compensated data signal based on the compensation control signal.

Stretchable display devices and methods of compensating luminance of the same

A first reference voltage is applied to a plurality of pixels during a data writing period when data is written and a second reference voltage is applied to the plurality of pixels during a light emitting period when the plurality of pixels emit light, in which each of the plurality of pixels includes a switching transistor to transfer a data voltage applied to a data line to a first node; a driving transistor controlling a driving current flowing into an OLED according to the voltage of the first node and a first power supply voltage; and a storage capacitor including a first electrode connected to the first node and a second electrode receiving one of the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage. A difference between the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage is determined according to a threshold voltage deviation characteristic of the display unit.

Display device and driving method thereof for compensating a threshold voltage deviation characteristic of the display

A display device includes: a plurality of pixels; a degradation compensator for using a temperature weight value for a reference temperature, a luminance weight value for a reference luminance, and a material weight value for a reference material, for calculating a reference using time when a degradation rate of the pixels is changed to a reference degradation rate of a reference degradation curve, and for generating a control variable according to the reference using time; and a power supply for controlling a voltage difference between a first power source voltage for supplying a driving current to the pixels and a second power source voltage according to the control variable.

Display device, apparatus for compensating degradation and method thereof

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes a display unit including a plurality of pixels, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of data lines, a data driver transmitting a plurality of data signals to the plurality of data lines, a scan driver transmitting a plurality of scan signals to the plurality of scan lines, a compensation controller supplying a predetermined first current to each OLED in each of the plurality of pixels during a sensing period for measuring a driving voltage of the OLED for each of a plurality of pixels, receiving the driving voltage of the OLED supplied with the first current, and outputting measuring data for the transmitted driving voltage; and a signal controller compensating an input video signal according to the measuring data to generate image data. The compensation controller is separate from and external to the data driver.

A display device includes a plurality of pixels, each of said plurality of pixels includes a driving transistor and a light emitting diode, a compensator to receive first and second pixel currents generated by the plurality of pixels according to first and second data voltages respectively applied to the plurality of pixels, the compensator to calculate an image data compensation amount to compensate for variations in characteristics of the driving transistor of each of said plurality of pixels and a data selector to transmit the first and second data voltages to the plurality of pixels and to transmit the first and second pixel currents to the compensator, the compensator to measure the first and second pixel currents generated as a result of the first and second data voltages corresponding to different gray scale levels and to calculate an actual threshold voltage and mobility of the driving transistor of each of the pixels, the compensator including a measurement resistor, the compensator to control a resistance value of the measurement resistor, the measurement resistor to convert the first pixel current corresponding to the first data voltage into a first measured voltage and the second pixel current corresponding to the second data voltage into a second measured voltage.
