An apparatus and method for guaranteeing deterministic latency in a communication system is proposed. The method of operating enqueue packet processing may include extracting cycle information of a received packet from the received packet, identifying at least one of enq_myQ, enq_mateQ, and enq_mateQ_hold states of a queuing state parameter of an enqueue process for a previous packet for each flow at a reception node, identifying whether a cycle parameter for performing a CQF operation for the previous packet for each flow in the reception node is the same as a cycle parameter for performing the current CQF operation, identifying whether a cycle parameter included in the previously received packet for each flow in the reception node is the same as a cycle parameter included in a currently received packet, and storing (enqueuing) the received packet on the basis of the identifying processes and storing information about the received packet.

Apparatus and method for guaranteeing deterministic latency in communication system

An autonomous quality of service provisioning apparatus and method are disclosed. The apparatus includes a parameter extraction unit receiving a packet transmitted from a transmitting terminal and extracting QoS parameters by analyzing the received packet; and a quality of service reservation unit configured to be associated with a controller that manages and controls resources of the network to request the controller to reserve resources corresponding to the extracted QoS parameters.

Autonomous quality of service provisioning apparatus and method

In order to perform protection switching of a frame that is transmitted and received between a packet processor and a host processor, when an input frame is a receiving frame and a signal failure has occurred, by transporting a message including a protection switching command to a packet processor, protection switching is performed. Information representing that protection switching is performed is recorded in a header of the receiving frame, and a frame including a message including a corresponding header is transported to the host processor.

Method and apparatus for protection switching in packet transport system

An apparatus and method for processing a packet in a multi-protocol label switching-transport profile (MPLS-TP) network are provided. In the method of processing a packet, a packet transport layer (PTL) index and a layer stack (LS) or multiple label pop (MPOP) loopback header are used, and it is possible to remove a size limitation on lookup results of a lookup table when multiple labels are stacked, and solve the problem of having to extract all labels as label keys regardless of label operations upon an incoming label map (ILM) table lookup.

There is provided a centrifugal turbo machine comprising: a volute casing; a rotation axis coupled with the volute casing through a bearing; an impeller which is coupled to an end of the rotation axis and sucks fluid with a centrifugal force due to its rotation; and an axial thrust control member which is coupled to the volute casing at the rear of the impeller in a direction in which the fluid flows and prevents rotation of the fluid by the impeller. It is easy to fabricate and install the centrifugal turbo machine and it is possible to reduce the difference in static pressure of fluid by using the economical axial thrust control member so as to prevent the generation of the axial thrust, which results in damage of the bearing, etc. Therefore, it is possible to stably operate the centrifugal turbo machine.
