A novel heterotricyclic compounds of Formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and uses thereof are disclosed. The novel heterotricyclic compounds exhibit an inhibitory activity against EZH1 (enhancer of zeste homolog 1) and/or EZH2 (enhancer of zeste homolog 2) activity.
