A rotor assembly for a motor includes a rotor shaft having a journal portion formed in an axial direction and having a predetermined radius about an axis, and a center shaft portion extending along the axial direction from the journal portion and having a radius smaller than a radius of the journal portion about the axis; a cylindrical, integral permanent magnet inserted into the center shaft portion to surround an outer circumferential surface of the center shaft portion and being supported by the journal portion; and a sleeve inserted into the rotor shaft to surround an outer circumferential surface of the journal portion and an outer circumferential surface of the integral permanent magnet, supporting the integral permanent magnet in the axial direction, and supporting the outer circumferential surface of the center shaft portion in the radial direction.

Therefore, corrosion of cathode carbon is decreased as compared with the related art, such that durability of the fuel cell vehicle is improved.

An air foil bearing assembly is provided. The air foil bearing assembly includes a bearing housing that has a hollow into which a rotary shaft is fitted and a slot of which both ends are open toward front and rear sides formed on an inner circumference surface of the hollow. A bump foil is provided to have a combining portion inserted to the slot and disposed in the inner circumference surface of the hollow. A top foil having a combining portion is inserted to the slot and is disposed in an inner side of the bump foil. A stopper is disposed on one of the combining portions of the bump foil or the top foil to prevent the combining portion of the bump foil or the top foil from being displaced from the slot toward the front and rear sides.

This recirculated air and external air introduced from the outside are mixed and supplied to the inlet of the compressor at a sufficiently high air pressure, allowing the compressor to avoid a surge region and enabling the supply of air with a high pressure and a low flow rate.

A humidifier for a fuel cell includes a membrane module which accommodates therein a humidifying membrane, a first cap unit coupled to one side of the membrane module and supplies supply air to the membrane module, a second cap unit coupled to another side of the membrane module and discharges humidified air introduced from the membrane module, and a bypass tube provided in the second cap unit and bypasses condensate water introduced into the second cap unit to the membrane module.

A structure of a fuel cell system and a controlling method thereof are provided. Additionally, the system includes a flow adjuster that is connected to the fuel cell system. In particular, the air humidification device and method may easily humidify air supplied to a cathode of the fuel cell by bypassing a portion of the compressed air from an outlet of an air compressor supplying air to the cathode of the fuel cell and simultaneously by injecting condensed water discharged from a fuel cell system into an inlet of the air compressor using the bypassed compressed air.
