The lens driving device according to an embodiment can comprise: a base assembly; and a first lens assembly including a first lens housing and a first driving part housing so as to be disposed inside the base assembly and moving in parallel to a predetermined optical axis. The first driving part housing can comprise one or more first guide rail parts at one side thereof and a first group of balls arranged at the first guide rail part. The first guide rail part can comprise: a first guide body; a first guide groove formed on the first guide body; and a first guide protruding part formed on one side of the first guide body.
