A cell and tissue sheet forming package includes a container body, a membrane, a sliding door plate and a sealing film. The sliding door plate is disposed slidably on a top of the container body to cover or expose the membrane. The sliding door plate has a hole and a passive magnetic assembly. The cell injection equipment includes a carrier, an injection mechanism and a drive mechanism. The carrier carries the package, and the drive mechanism moves the carrier and the injection mechanism to have the injection mechanism to inject a solution, through the hole, into the package. A heating element of the carrier is introduced to heat the membrane and the solution to transform the solution into a colloid sheet on the membrane. Then, the positive magnetic assembly engages magnetically the passive magnetic assembly to slide the sliding door plate to expose the colloid sheet on the membrane.

Cell and tissue sheet forming package and cell injection equipment

The disclosure relates to a tape laying apparatus configured to lay prepreg tape to mould surface. The tape laying apparatus includes a tape supply spool, a compaction head, a cutting tool and at least one travel distance adjustment component. The tape supply spool is configured for the prepreg tape to be wound thereon. The compaction head is configured for delivering the prepreg tape to the mould surface from the tape supply spool. The cutting tool is movable along a cutting path. The cutting tool is configured to cut the prepreg tape passing through the cutting path. The at least one travel distance adjustment component is movably located between the cutting path and the compaction head and configured to push the prepreg tape passing through the cutting path so as to increase or decrease a travel distance of the prepreg tape from the cutting path to the compaction head.

Composite tape laying apparatus with travel distance adjustment capability

A biomaterial printing apparatus includes a support base, a movement device, a printing device, a first optical-detection device, and a second optical-detection device. The carrier is configured for a culture container to be put thereon. The movement device is connected to the support base. The printing device is connected to the movement device. The first optical-detection device is configured to detect the position of the injection needle of the printing device. The second optical-detection device is configured to detect the position of the culture container. According to the detection of the first optical-detection device and the second optical-detection device, the biological material printing device can accurately move the injection needle to the injection position relative to the culture container, thereby improving the accuracy of printing the biological material.

A laminating device for composite material includes a laser device, a hot roller assembly which has a first hot roller and a second hot roller, a cool roller assembly which has a first cool roller and a second cool roller, an axial roller-driving unit and a spring force-adjusting unit. The laser device provides a laser beam onto laminating surfaces of two separate composite materials prior to the hot roller assembly. The axial roller-driving unit drives the first hot roller and the second hot roller, and the first cool roller and the second cool roller, to undergo relative movement in a first direction. The spring force-adjusting unit provides spring forcing to the first hot roller and the second hot roller, and the first cool roller and the second cool roller, to ensure further the lamination of the two composite materials.

Laminating device for composite materials

A laminating device for laminating at least one flexible substrate includes a frame, a pressing module, a driving module, a pressure sensor and a control module. The pressing module is disposed on the frame. The pressing module at least includes a first roller and a second roller which are used for moving relative to each other. The driving module is connected to the first roller for driving the first roller. The pressure sensor is disposed on one side of the second roller and opposite to the first roller for detecting a pressure of the pressing module. The control module is electronically connected to the pressure sensor and the driving module for ordering the driving module to adjust the position of the first roller based on the difference between the pressure detected by the pressure sensor and a predetermined pressure.

Laminating device and apparatus having the same

A suction-type transmission apparatus includes at least one suction region allocation member and a suction wheel member. The suction region allocation member has a chamber and through holes communicating with the chamber. The suction wheel member is pivoted to the suction region allocation member, and includes an inner lining body with gas flow channels disposed in parallel, and an outer ring sleeve. The inner lining body has gas holes corresponding to the through holes and being in communication with the gas flow channels. The outer ring sleeve with micro-pores in communication with the gas flow channels is sleeved on the inner lining body, and wraps the gas flow channels. The chamber is connected to a gas extraction port, and at least one sealing element is selectively disposed in the chamber to seal at least one of the through holes for forming a suction region of the suction wheel member.

Suction-type transmission apparatus

A fabrication method for a display panel and dielectric configuration applied thereto is provided according to the present invention. The dielectric configuration of the display panel is applicable at atmospheric pressure and to a lower substrate having a surface formed with a dielectric. The fabrication method includes forming at least one lateral line segment and a plurality of longitudinal line segments on the surface of the lower substrate, thereby enabling a process of dispensing dielectric to be performed thereon at atmospheric pressure, and accordingly overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art.

Fabrication method of display panel and dielectric configuration applied thereto

An attachment process for flexible substrates and a patterned sealant used therein are provided. The attachment process is mainly used to manufacture flexible liquid-crystal displays (LCDs). Firstly, a patterned sealant with an opening is applied to a first substrate, and then a liquid crystal material is filled in the patterned sealant. During a pressing process for combining the first substrate and a second substrate, bubbles can be automatically evacuated from the opening of the patterned sealant, and the patterned sealant will deform and expand to seal the opening after the pressing process. By applying the patterned sealant with an opening in the manufacturing process of flexible LCDs, bubbles are easily evacuated and the opening of the patterned sealant is directly and automatically sealed in the pressing process under the atmospheric pressure.

A guiding apparatus and method for a shift generated by a web during web transportation is provided, in which a coarse position guiding module and a fine position guiding module function to directly adjust the web so as to compensate the shift occurred during the process of transportation according to a position of the web. By means of monitoring a location of the fine position guiding module at any time, a reference of the coarse position guiding module will be adjusted when the location of the fine position guiding module satisfies the condition defined in the guiding method, so as to change a position where the web enters into the fine position guiding module.

Web transportation guiding apparatus and method

The present invention provides a suction roller which is capable of being adopted for sucking an object. The suction roller is provided with a negative pressure inside thereof and at least one opening for sucking the object by at least one valve disposed in each opening respectively for selectively controlling the on-off of the negative pressure through the opening. During the rotation of the suction roller, the valves in a specific area are capable of being opened so that the negative pressure can pass through the openings with respect to the opened valve to suck the object and transport the object subsequently. In another embodiment, the present invention also provides a transporting apparatus combining the suction roller and a guiding mechanism for transporting the object and compensating the shifting during the moving of the object.
