Disclosed is an array substrate and touch display device which belongs to the technical filed of display and is able to solve the technical problem that in the existing technologies, the process of manufacturing an array substrate is too complex. The array substrate includes a drive scan line, a data line, a first common electrode, a second common electrode, a touch scan line, a common transistor, and a touch transistor. The first common electrode and the second common electrode are arranged in a spaced-apart manner. A source and a drain of the common transistor are connected respectively to the first common electrode and the second common electrode, and a gate of the common transistor is connected to the drive scan line. A source and a drain of the touch transistor are connected respectively to the data line and the second common electrode, and a gate of the touch transistor is connected to the touch scan line.

Array substrate and touch display device

A plug-in touch display device includes a capacitive touch screen stacked on a display module. The display module includes a display panel and a backlight module that are supported in a middle frame. The display panel includes an array substrate that includes a pixel electrode, which also serves as a first capacitive sensing electrode. The middle frame has one side facing the backlight module and receiving a second capacitive sensing electrode arranged therein. A gap exists between the second capacitive sensing electrode and backlight module. The first capacitive sensing electrode and the second capacitive sensing electrode configure an electrode-induction device jointly, for sensing a pressure signal applied on the capacitive touch screen. In a display time period of one frame, the pixel electrode transmits pixel voltage signals and pressure sensing signals alternately.

Plug-in touch display device and an electronic device

A touch control liquid crystal display device, having a display panel and a backlight module disposed opposite each other and a middle frame supporting the panel and module. The panel includes an array and a filter substrate disposed opposite each other and a liquid crystal layer disposed there-between; wherein, a driving electrode layer is disposed on the array substrate, a first induction electrode layer is disposed on the filter substrate, the driving electrode layer and the first induction electrode layer constitute a capacitive touch control structure. Wherein, a second induction electrode layer is disposed on a side of the middle frame facing the module, there is a gap between the second induction electrode layer and the module. The second induction electrode layer and the driving electrode layer constitute a capacitive induction mechanism to induct a pressure signal applied on the panel. An electronic apparatus including the above device is also disclosed.

Touch control liquid crystal display device and electronic apparatus

The embodiment of the present invention discloses a touch display device, including: a common electrode layer, having a plurality of driving regions with driving region electrodes inside, which are arranged in a rectangular array, and a plurality of floating regions with floating region electrodes inside located between the driving regions of tow adjacent columns, and the two adjacent floating regions are located in space and construct a floating region pair, and isolating regions among the driving regions and the floating regions; floating connection lines are distributed at the sensing layer, and one point of a floating connection line is electrically coupled to the floating region electrode in one floating region in the floating region pair with a first via, and an another point of the floating connection line is electrically coupled to the floating region electrode in the other floating region in the floating region pair with a second via.

Touch display device promoting touch accuracy

The present invention discloses a driving circuit according to RGBW and a flat panel display. In the driving circuit: control terminals of a first and second voltage-level switches and a first non-voltage-level switch are connected to a first driving line, input terminals are connected to a driving signal source, output terminals are respectively connected to input terminals of a third non-voltage-level switch, a third and fourth voltage-level switches, control terminals of the third non-voltage-level switch and the third and fourth voltage-level switches are connected to a second driving line, output terminals of the third non-voltage-level switch and the third and fourth voltage-level switches are connected to a first to third sub-pixels. The circuit can implement that a size occupied by the driving lines is decreased and the aperture ratio of the display is increased.

Driving circuit according to RGBW and flat panel display

Disclosed are a sensing circuit and a capacitive touch panel having the sensing circuit. The capacitive touch panel has a glass substrate, first lead wires, second lead wires, third lead wires, signal input channels and signal output channels; amounts of the second, third lead wires are N, and any two of the first, the second and the third lead wires are isolated; each signal input channel is coupled to the first lead wire corresponding thereto; each third lead wire signal output channel of the signal output channels is coupled to the N/2 third lead wires, and an amount of the second lead wire signal output channels is N/2, and each second lead wire signal output channel of the signal output channels is coupled to two second lead wires. The amount of the IC channels is decreased to save the touch panel material cost with the present invention.

Sensing circuit and capacitive touch panel having the sensing circuit

The present invention discloses a display panel and a drive circuit thereof. The drive circuit comprises: a data signal providing module, generating a data signal; a first select signal generation module, providing a first select signal; a second select signal generation module, providing a second select signal; a select module, comprising a select switch combination receives a first, a second select signal, and outputs the data signal to the pixel array. The present invention can reduce the voltage level changing frequency of the select signal.
