A system that utilizes an amplified signal is disclosed that includes a plurality of first switches coupled to a plurality of first impedances. A plurality of second switches coupled to a plurality of second impedances. An amplifier having a first input coupled to the plurality of first switches and a second input coupled to the plurality of second switches. A leakage current offset source coupled to the first input of the amplifier, wherein the leakage current offset source cancels a leakage current component of a first current provided from the plurality of first switches to the first input.

System and method for leakage current control for programmable gain amplifiers

A system for signal processing comprising a cyclic analog to digital converter structure having a first stage and a second stage, wherein the first stage is configured to receive an input signal to perform 1.5 bits/stage ADC and to generate a first stage output signal, and the second stage is configured to receive the first stage output signal and to perform fine offset tuning using a final conversion phase. The second stage further configured to perform 1.5 bits/stage ADC and to generate a second stage output that is fed back to the first stage to iteratively generate a next 1.5 bits, until (N&#x2212;3) most significant bits of N bits of data are generated. A third stage configured to generate a three least significant bits of the N bits of data using a flash ADC sampling circuit that samples a residue signal at the output of the first stage.

Provided is a fully differential adaptive bandwidth phase locked loop with differential supply regulation. One fully differential phase locked loop includes a differential active loop filter and regulator coupled to an output of a differential charge pump, a differential voltage-controlled oscillator coupled to differential control voltages developed by the differential active loop filter and regulator, and a bias circuit coupled to the differential control voltages and providing a bias current to the differential charge pump.
