The present invention provides pyridazine derivatives of formula (I), which are therapeutically useful as SMARCA2/4 degraders. These compounds are useful in the treatment and/or prevention of diseases or disorders dependent upon SMARCA2/4 in a mammal. The present invention also provides preparation of the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one of the pyridazine derivatives of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or a stereoisomer thereof.

The present disclosure compounds, as well as their compositions and methods of use. The compounds inhibit the activity of the TEAD transcription factor, and are useful in the treatment of diseases related to the activity of TEAD transcription factor including, e.g., cancer and other diseases.

Small molecule inhibitors of TEAD transcription factors

The present disclosure provides bicyclic heterocyclic derivatives of formula (I), which may be therapeutically useful, more particularly as bromodomain inhibitors; (I), in which R, R, R, R, L, L, Cy, Cy, X, n, and dotted line have the same meaning given in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or pharmaceutically acceptable stereoisomers thereof that are useful in the treatment and prevention of diseases or disorders, in particular their use in diseases or disorders associated as bromodomain inhibitors. The present disclosure also provides preparation of compounds and pharmaceutical formulations comprising at least one of bicyclic heterocyclic derivatives of formula (I), together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, or excipient. 

Bicyclic heterocyclic derivatives as bromodomain inhibitors

The present invention provides novel spiro[cyclobutane-1,3'-indolin]-2&#x2032;-one derivatives of formula (I)  in which Cy, R, R, R, L, and m have the meaning given in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds of formula (I) are useful as bromodomain inhibitors in the treatment or prevention of diseases or disorders where bromodomain inhibition is desired.
