An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first transistor, a second transistor, a passivation layer, a conductive through hole, an electrode, and a shielding layer. The second substrate overlaps the first substrate. The first transistor is disposed on the first substrate. The second transistor is disposed on the second substrate. The passivation layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive through hole penetrates the passivation layer. The electrode is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and electrically connected to the first transistor through the conductive through hole. The shielding layer is disposed between the first transistor and the second transistor and overlaps the conductive through hole.

Electronic devices

The disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a semiconductor, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer. The semiconductor is disposed on the substrate. The first conductive layer is disposed on the semiconductor. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The first insulating layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The second insulating layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the semiconductor. The second conductive layer is electrically connected to the first conductive layer through a first via penetrating the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the semiconductor through a second via penetrating the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. A width of the first via is less than a width of the second via.

Electronic device

A flexible electronic assembly includes a flexible supporting assembly, an electronic component, and a cover layer. The flexible supporting assembly includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. In a plan view of the flexible electronic assembly, the second surface includes a plurality of protrusions and one of the protrusions includes at least one rounded corner. The electronic component is coupled to the first surface of the flexible supporting assembly. The cover layer is coupled to the electronic component.

Flexible electronic assembly

A display panel includes a substrate and a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit is disposed on the substrate. The pixel circuit is configured to drive a light-emitting unit. The pixel circuit includes a first conductive line, a second conductive line disposed adjacent the first conductive line, a third conductive line and a fourth conductive line. The first conductive line and the second conductive line are disposed between the third conductive line and the fourth conductive line. The first conductive line, the second conductive line, the third conductive line, and the fourth conductive line extend along the same direction. The first distance Ybetween the first conductive line and the second conductive line and the second distance Ybetween the third conductive line and the fourth conductive line conform to the following relationship: 0≤Y/Y≤0.25.

Display panel

An electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate overlapped with the first substrate and having a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, a sensor unit disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, a first blocking layer disposed on the first side, and a second blocking layer disposed on the sensor unit. The second side is disposed between the sensor unit and the first side. The first blocking layer has a first opening, and the second blocking layer has a second opening. A width of the first opening is smaller than a width of the second opening.

The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a display device, including the following steps. A substrate is provided. A pixel circuit is formed on the substrate. A light-emitting unit is formed on the pixel circuit. A touch sensing unit is formed on the light-emitting unit. An insulating layer is formed on the touch sensing unit. An anti-reflection layer is formed on the insulating layer. The method for manufacturing the display device of the embodiment of the disclosure can improve reliability.

Method for manufacturing display device

The present disclosure provides a display device including a display panel and a lens layer. The display panel has a normal region and a camera region, in which the normal region includes a plurality of first light emitting units, and the camera region includes a plurality of second light emitting units. The lens layer is disposed on the normal region and the camera region, and the lens layer includes a plurality of first lenses overlapped with the first light emitting units and a plurality of second lenses overlapped with the second light emitting units. A density of the first lenses in the normal region is greater than a density of the second lenses in the camera region.

Display device

Disclosed is a display device including a controlling unit, a display driver electrically connected to the controlling unit, a sensor driver electrically connected to the controlling unit, a display element electrically connected to the display driver, and a sensor element electrically connected to the sensor driver. The display element comprises a first group of sub-pixels having a same color. The sensor element is sensing a biometric feature in a sensing time period, and the sensing time period comprises 3 to 120 frame times. All the first group of sub-pixels are turned on one time in each of the 3 to 120 frame times by the display driver.

An electronic device includes a base layer, a first sensing electrode disposed on the base layer, a second sensing electrode disposed on the base layer and adjacent to the first sensing electrode, a first conductive line disposed on the base layer, and an insulating layer disposed between the first sensing electrode and the first conductive line and including at least three first vias. The first conductive line is electrically connected to the first sensing electrode through the at least three first vias, and the first conductive line crosses the second sensing electrode and is not electrically connected to the second sensing electrode.

The second electrode is overlapped with at least part of the second active layer. The second electrode and the first gate electrode are the same in material.

An electronic device includes a plurality of light emitting units, a plurality of sensing units, and a sensor driving unit. The plurality of light emitting units are disposed on a first substrate. The plurality of sensing units correspond to the plurality of light emitting units, and the plurality of light emitting units and the plurality of sensing units are disposed in a same region. The sensor driving unit is coupled to at least a portion of the plurality of sensing units, and the plurality of light emitting units and the sensor driving unit are partially overlapped with each other.

An electronic device is disclosed, which includes: a substrate; a first metal layer, disposed on the substrate and having a light shielding region and a light passing region; an electrode layer, disposed on the substrate, wherein the first metal layer is disposed between the substrate and the electrode layer; and a light detecting element for detecting a light passing through the light passing region; wherein a first edge of the light shielding region of the first metal layer has a first slope, and the first slope is less than 90°.

The driving transistor is disposed on the substrate and includes a gate electrode, and the gate electrode projects a first projection profile on the substrate. The second insulation layer is disposed on the first electrode and the first insulation layer. A substrate assembly includes: a substrate; a first transistor disposed on the substrate, wherein the first transistor includes a first semiconductor layer and the first semiconductor layer is a silicon semiconductor layer; and a second transistor disposed on the substrate, wherein the second transistor includes a second semiconductor layer and a drain electrode electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer, and the second semiconductor layer is an oxide semiconductor layer, wherein the first semiconductor layer of the first transistor is electrically insulated from the drain electrode of the second transistor.
