Provided are a piezoluminescence structure, a piezoelectric structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and a high-sensitivity pressure sensor using the same. The piezoelectric structure includes: a plurality of perovskite material layers each including a material having an ABOperovskite structure; and interlayers inserted between the plurality of perovskite material layers and including A*O which is a metal oxide having reaction resistance to CO. Here, A and A* are different elements and are one of an alkaline earth metal element, an alkali metal element, a lanthanide element, and a post-transition metal element, B is a transition metal element, O is an oxygen element, and n is a positive (+) integer. The piezoelectric structure may be a piezoluminescence structure.

The present invention relates to a piezoelectric structure, a method of fabricating the same, and a pressure sensor using the same. A piezoelectric structure comprises perovskite structure layers including a material having an ABOperovskite structure and an interlayer including a metal oxide A*O interposed between the perovskite structure layers. A or A*is one of an alkaline earth metal element, an alkali metal element, a lanthanum group element, and a post-transition metal element, B is a transition metal element, and O is an oxygen element.

According to a main objective of the present invention, the three-dimensional arrangement of solar cells is adjusted so as to use sunlight directly coming from the sun mainly for solar power generation while transmitting wavelengths necessary for the growth of plants and reflecting wavelengths unnecessary for or hindering the growth of plants among wavelengths of sunlight passing through the solar cells to use the reflected wavelengths for additional solar power generation. Sunlight reflected by the dichroic optical filter may be used to additionally generate electricity using solar cells provided perpendicular to the dichroic optical filter, thereby maximizing the use efficiency of sunlight.

The present invention relates to a hydrochromic polydiacetylene composite composition, a hydrochromic thin film using same, and a use thereof, and more specifically, to a hydrochromic polydiacetylene composite composition reacting sensitively to moisture, providing the hydrochromic thin film using same, and to applying same to biorecognition or fingerprint recognition. According to the present invention, moisture secreted from a fingerprint or pores on the skin can be detected with high sensitivity. Thus, the position of pores unique to a fingerprint of an organism can be amplified and displayed through selective color change and fluorescent change patterns exhibited when moisture is absorbed.

The present invention relates to a method and related devices for carrying out TBM excavation and expansion blasting, which uses a blast protector and a cart to expand a pilot tunnel by blasting after the pilot tunnel has been formed; and which specifically includes: a step of forming a pilot tunnel; a step of forming a horizontal or vertical blast hole; a step of installing a blast protector within the pilot tunnel; a step of blasting the upper and lower halves of the pilot tunnel to expand the upper and lower halves; and a step of removing the debris formed during the blasting of the upper and lower halves, by dumping the debris into a cart. Accordingly, the rail and cable are protected from the debris formed during the blasting, and working efficiency is improved.
