The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, a sulfide-based solid electrolyte prepared by the method, and an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery including the sulfide-based solid electrolyte. The method of the present invention includes a) mixing LiS with PSto prepare a mixed powder, b) placing the mixed powder, an ether, and stirring balls in a container, sealing the container, followed by stirring to prepare a suspension, and c) stirring the suspension under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions to prepare sulfide-based solid particles.

Provided is a method for preparing a needle-like sulfide-based solid electrolyte. The method may include: preparing a solid electrolyte admixture comprising an organic solvent, LiS, PS, and LiCl; synthesizing a solid electrolyte by stirring the solid electrolyte admixture at a temperature of about 30 to 60&#xb0; C. for about 22 to 26 hours; first stirring the solid electrolyte at a speed of about 80 to 120 rpm for about 5 to 10 minutes; after the first stirring, second stirring the first stirred solid electrolyte at a speed of about 250 to 300 rpm; vacuum-drying the second stirred solid electrolyte for about 12 to 24 hours; and heat-treating the vacuum-dried solid electrolyte at a temperature of about 350 to 550&#xb0; C. for about 1 to 5 hours.

A fabrication method of an electrode for an all solid cell includes: providing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte; forming a coating layer on a surface of the sulfide-based solid electrolyte by heating a nonmetallic oxide at 300 to 700&#xb0; C.; forming electrode slurry by mixing an electrode active material, the sulfide-based solid electrolyte formed with the coating layer, and a conductive material with a polar solvent; casting the electrode slurry on at least one surface of an electrode current collector; removing the polar solvent by heating the cast electrode slurry at 100 to 300&#xb0; C.; and removing the coating layer by heating the electrode slurry from which the polar solvent is removed at 300 to 700&#xb0; C.

A method for manufacturing a positive active material for an all-solid Lithium-Sulfur battery includes preparing a lithium sulfide solution by dissolving lithium sulfide in anhydrous ethanol. A mixture is prepared by mixing a carbon fiber to the lithium sulfide solution. A lithium sulfide-carbon fiber composite is prepared by drying the mixture of the carbon fiber and the lithium sulfide solution to deposit the lithium sulfide on a surface of the carbon fiber. Method for producing high-temperature superconducting Josephson devices

A DC motor controller for use with a battery powered DC motor operatively positioned in a vehicle is disclosed. A power source-watch dog circuit 2 monitors a micro computer 8 and decreases the battery supplied voltage to below a predetermined voltage. A key switch input circuit 3 receives a switch-on signal generated by a key switch and outputs a signal to the power source-watch dog circuit 2 to initiate electrical power output from the battery 1 to the micro computer 8. A pedal input circuit 4, which includes a pedal for varying electrical resistance, converts the varied resistance into an analog signal and outputs the analog signal to the micro computer 8. The micro computer converts the analog signal to a digital signal and outputs the digital signal. A D/A converter converts the digital signal outputted by the micro computer into an analog signal and outputs the analog signal. A pulsewidth modulator 10 modulates the analog signal and outputs the modulated signal. A gate output circuit 11 generates a logic signal having a 'high' or a ' low' level according to the modulated signal outputted by the pulsewidth modulator 10 and outputs the logic signal to a motor driver 16 which operates the DC motor. A battery voltage sensor 7 senses the voltage of the battery 1 and outputs a battery voltage sensor signal to the micro computer 8. A temperature sensor 13 senses the temperature of the motor driver and outputs a temperature sensor signal to the micro computer 8. An output current sensor circuit 12 senses current flowing through the motor driver 16 and outputs a current sensor signal to the micro computer 8. A vehicle direction changing sensor 6 prevents an overload of the DC motor 17 by sensing an abrupt change in the direction the vehicle is being driven and outputs a vehicle direction changing sensor signal to the micro computer 8.
